TERMS & CONDITIONS 2016/2017 Football packages: By confirming a football package booking with MC TRAVEL & SPORT EVENTS you are accepting our full terms and conditions stated below. All Football Packages: Unless made through our online booking system, all requests / bookings must be made in writing to info@mctravelsportevents.it All requests are strictly subject to availability and price fluctuation. Once the package reservation is confirmed, an invoice will be sent requesting pre-payment of the booking by return. Dates and times of matches are subject to change, it is the clients responsibility to check the date and time of kick off prior to arrival. Up to date information is available through www.premierleague.com Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once confirmed, should a match be cancelled or postponed, the tickets will be valid for the rearranged date unless the club can offer a refund. If a refund is possible, MC TRAVEL will refund the package cost less a 5.00 per person administration fee. Tickets are generally in the home supporters section, although on occasion can be located with the away supporters. Clients MUST be informed not to wear the visiting team colours as they will be ejected from the stadium for their own safety. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival may incur a hotel cancellation charge of one night or more in addition to the cancellation fees for tickets. TICKET DELIVERY Delivery / Collection of Match tickets (Clients accommodated in London) MC TRAVEL will automatically arrange delivery of the match tickets by courier to the clients hotel at price of 30.00. Delivery / Collection of Match tickets (Clients accommodated outside London) MC TRAVEL will automatically arrange delivery of the match tickets to the clients hotel for any matches outside London at price of 30.00 MC TRAVEL will automatically arrange delivery of match tickets to the clients hotel for any Matches in Italy, Spain or France Outsourced ticket conditions The following conditions must be read and accepted by the clients prior to confirmation. Unfortunately it is impossible to buy tickets directly from some clubs due to limited or no availability. We can provide tickets purchased from the Black Market where prices are much higher than face value and there are the usual risks involved when buying tickets in this way. MC TRAVEL can therefore not give any guarantees for the supply of such tickets but if confirmed, we will endeavour to supply the tickets requested. If we cannot supply the tickets for any reason, we will either offer an alternative or refund fully the cost of the tickets. Whilst this very rarely happens, we must inform you of the above so that clients are aware and accept liability. Please also note that we cannot guarantee the seating location for tickets purchased in this way and on some occasions, we may receive tickets which are split up and not seated together. Tickets purchased from the black market are completely nonrefundable under any circumstances once confirmed (ie. if a match is postponed, tickets will be valid for the rearranged date with no refund obtainable). We will always inform you at the time of request if tickets offered are outsourced tickets.
