Whitford Junior Football Club 2017 ship Proposal
Whitford Junior Football Club (WJFC) was established in 1975 and is operated by local volunteers promoting junior football. As we are a not-for-profit community organisation, the Whitford Junior Football Club depends on the support of local businesses in our community. WJFC caters for local youth, between the ages of 5 and 18 years and uses Macdonald Reserve as its home ground and operates Auskick from James Cook Reserve opposite Westfield Whitford City. Player registrations for 2016 were around 700 players. Players are spread across a total of 45 teams. A typical season is 15 rounds running from May August. WJFC players from Year 4 (9 years old) onwards get to experience the thrill of playing under lights at MacDonald Reserve on a Friday night. The club is committed to creating a positive playing experience for all players of all age groups. The club encourages members to improve and develop their skills, sense of teamwork, leadership, tenacity and integrity not only within their playing career but wider community by motivating and supporting their development within their team and club environment. WJFC encompasses the suburbs of Craigie, Padbury, Kallaroo and Hillarys. In 2015 WJFC celebrated its 40 th year and we look forward to continuing to develop strong relationships with the local business community well into the future.

WJFC holds an annual Trophy/Family Fun Day with rides and attractions for our young members. The following sponsorship opportunities exist for the Trophy/Family Fun Day attended by all members (almost 700) of our club, plus parents and siblings. This day is typically held in September. Major Ride $350 Your corporate sign (supplied by you) next to the ride you are sponsoring. Major Attraction $250 Your corporate sign (supplied by you) next to the attraction you are sponsoring. Miscellaneous Activity $100 Your corporate sign (supplied by you) next to the activity you are sponsoring. Your sponsorship will also be acknowledged through the WJFC Facebook Page which has over 500 likes and our Newsletter, sent to over 1000 email addresses.
Non-Financial Contributions are welcomed at Whitford Junior Football Club and can take the form of vouchers, products, services or merchandise sponsorship. Vouchers are given out on match days from Auskick Opens and further exposes your brand to our members, their siblings and families. You can commit to half a season or a full season. Your contribution will be recognised through our Facebook Page and our Newsletter and full season voucher contributions will be recognised with your Company Name/Logo and link on our website.
Conditions ships will only be encouraged from organisations, companies or individuals that contribute to a positive public image and are associated with products or services which are appropriate for our club membership. Arrangements with sponsors must not unduly restrict the club's overall ability to purchase goods or services. ships will be subject to availability with a first in policy and subject to prioritising existing sponsors. All arrangements will be reviewed annually. All sponsorship must be approved by the Whitford Junior Football Club Committee. ship payments are to be made by direct debit or cheque and payable to Whitford Junior Football Club. The club reserves the right to refuse sponsorship and refund such monies without detriment to the club.
