PRACTICES At Cheer Central we train to compete! Our teams are highly competitive on both a local and national level (all ages and levels!). We have very limited competition in Colorado, therefore, travel is necessary for our athletes to experience great competition, and gain national exposure. The chart below gives a general idea of the competition schedule for each team. We are still waiting on final information regarding 2018-19 events. Our competition schedule will be finalized no later than the end of August. SEASON FEE DEPOSIT CHARGED JUNE 15th $299.00 We collect an upfront deposit at the beginning of the season since so many expenses are front loaded at the beginning of the season on behalf of your cheerleader. By collecting a fee upfront, it slightly decreases your monthly payments but allows us to pay for certain expenses immediately at the beginning of the season (some practice apparel, deposits on major competitions and choreography costs). This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE as these expenses are paid out nearly immediately and we cannot receive refunds on these expenses. Required for all Athletes. Travel Surcharge $125.00 UNIFORM $449.00 USASF MEMBERSHIP $30.00 DROP FEE $1000.00 Due to the elevated costs of attending NCA All-Star Nationals (and to cover a practice floor area in Dallas *NEW!) we have broken out this fee as a surcharge to cover the additional costs. ONLY for teams attending NCA - charged in Jan. ONLY athletes without a uniform, or with a uniform that does not fit will be required to purchase a uniform. Uniform will be available for purchase May 1 - August 31. Tops & Skirts will be available for purchase SEPERATELY to help with payments. ALL Parents will be required to log-on to USASF and complete their athlete certification and pay for their membership to be active for the 2018-18 season. Required for all Athletes. This fee is only assessed if your child quits the program after June 3rd, 2018. At Cheer Central our competitive teams are a year-long commitment. Please consider this before trying out. Our withdrawal fee is there to protect other families and their investment in our program and to ensure all costs are covered in the event of an athlete s departure. We have an open door policy and are more than happy to talk with you regarding the progress of your child and/or their level/potential team placement PRIOR to our drop deadline. We nearly always have a spot for EVERY athlete, in the rare circumstance that your child's age/level does not give them a place, we will refund all fees. Quitting our program after June 3rd may cause your child to forfeit future tryout privileges at CCS depending on circumstance. Should your athlete choose to withdraw from the program before June 3rd, no refunds will be given on tuition or tryout fees already paid. TRANSPORTATION TO & FROM OUT-OF-STATE EVENTS AS WELL AS LODGING IS NOT INCLUDED IN MONTHLY FEES.
