Introduction Bristol Pegasus Motor Club The event will consist of normal trials type sections and should appeal to anyone who has previously entered our Production Trials or those new to trials. Most road cars should be suitable. This trial is a round of the 2018 ASWMC Car Trials Championship and the BP Motor Cotswold Motor Sport Group Car Trial Championship. The ASWMC and CMSGCC championship event will run under a National B status permit and will run along side our normal Clubsport event. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you intend to enter on the day please contact the Secretary and provide contact details in case wet weather causes any issues with access to the field. 1. The Bristol Pegasus Motor Club will organise a National B status / Clubsport status Car Trial on the 29th of April 2018 at Lower Grove Farm, Highridge Road, Dundry, Near Bristol. Map Reference 554½ 673½ Post Code BS41 8JT 2. The meeting will be governed by the General Regulations of the Motor Sports Association (incorporating the provisions of the International Sporting code of the FIA), these Supplementary Regulations, and any written instructions that the organising club may issue for the event. 3. The following MSA Permits have been issued. Clubsport Event 106569 National B Event 106571 ASWMC CAR TRIALS Championship Championship Registration Number TBC/2018 BP Motor Bodybuilders & Engineers CMSGCC Car Trial Championship 4. The Clubsport event is open to all fully elected members of the Bristol Pegasus Motor Club, and all fully elected members of the following clubs: Bristol Motor Club The Classic and Historic Motor Club The Cotswold Motorsport Group Competitors Club MGCC ( South West Region ) The National B event is open to fully elected members of the organising club plus registered contenders in the ASWMC Car Trials Championship 2018 and the CMSGCC Car Trials Championship 2018. 5. All entrants in the Clubsport event must produce a valid membership card for either the promoting club or one of the invited clubs. No competition licence is required for this event. All National B event competitors must produce a valid club membership card and relevant Competition Licence for the event. Passengers in the National B are reminded that MSA regulation T3.1.6. states Passengers at National B events must produce a valid Club Membership Card.

6. The programme of the meeting will be as follows: Signing on and Scrutineering starts at 12-00. Any competitor not signed on by 12-45 may be EXCLUDED. The first car will start at 13-00. 7. Public roads will not be used to link sections. There will be at least 6 tests on private land. Each competitor will have at least two attempts at each test. Details of the tests will be issued at signing on. The entry may be split into groups starting on different sections. 8. The event will consist of four classes as follows: 1 Front engine, front wheel drive production cars without additional ballast. A sump guard weighing no more than 10 kg, including fittings, may be fitted. 2 Front engine, front wheel drive production cars with ballast. 3 Front engine, rear wheel drive production saloons and production sports cars. 4 Rear engine rear wheel drive production cars. 5 Kit cars & Specials The organisers may add additional classes or merge classes in line with the entries received. Entries of vehicles with four wheel drive will not be accepted. Commercial type vehicles may run in the appropriate class. All vehicles must comply with the MSA Technical Regulations, and must be fitted with an effective a silencer. 9. Awards will be presented as follows: 1st in each class with at least 4 starters - an award. 2nd in class with at least 8 starters - an award. Best Bristol Pegasus Member on class index - The Cross Trophy Cup plus an award. No competitor may win more than one award. The Cross Trophy Cup is the property of, and will be retained by the Bristol Pegasus Motor Club. 10. The entry list opens on publication of these regulations and closes finally on 29th April 2018. The entry fee for the Clubmans event is 10 in advance or 12 on the day. The entry fee for the National B event is 13 in advance or 15 on the day. All entries must be made on the official entry form and accompanied by the appropriate fee. Cheques should be made payable to Bristol Pegasus Motor Club. 11. The maximum entry for the meeting, including reserves, is 40. The minimum is 15. The maximum for each class is 20 and the minimum is 4. Should any of the above minimum figures not be reached, the organisers have the right to either cancel the meeting or amalgamate classes, as necessary. Entries will be selected at the discretion of the organisers. Entry fees may be refunded if the entry is withdrawn and notice given in writing to the secretary of the meeting, at least 24 hours before the event is due to start.

Provisional results will be published by despatching a copy in writing by post within 7 days of the event. 15. Any protest must be lodged in accordance with C 5.1 to 5.7. 16. Competitors will be identified by numbers or score cards which will be provided by the organisers. 17. Marks will be awarded for completion of each section correctly as appropriate. Details of marking and penalties will be issued at signing on. 18. All other General Regulations of the MSA apply as written. Competitors attention is drawn to T 4.1 regarding passengers. In particular, note T 4.1.11 "Bouncing' will be Permitted only within the confines of the seating compartment, and then only so long as no portion of either the Driver's or Passenger's body, other than arms and hands, is placed outside the sides of the car or behind the seat they are occupying." And 4.1 (which will apply): "During all Observed Sections and tests the seat alongside the driver must be Occupied" This will be strictly enforced by all marshals, and where appropriate penalties will be awarded in accordance with T 7.5. 19. For the Cross Trophy Performance on Index will be calculated in line with T7.3 and T7.4 20. Awards will be presented at the BPMC Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday 10th December 2018. Uncollected awards will be available at the following years event.

The use of the vehicle hereby entered is covered by insurance as required by the law which is valid for such part of this event as shall take place on roads as defined by the law. 4. I understand that should I at any time of this event be suffering from any disability whether permanent or temporary which is likely to affect prejudicially my normal control of the vehicle, I may not take part unless I have declared such disability to the ASN which has, following such declaration, issued a licence which permits me to do so. 5. Any application form for a Licence which was signed by a person under the age of 18 years was countersigned by that person s parent/legal guardian/guarantor, whose full names and addresses have been given. 6. If I am the Parent/Guardian/Guarantor of the driver I understand that I shall have the right to be present during any procedure being carried out under the issued for this event and the General Regulations of the MSA. As the Parent/Guardian/Guarantor I confirm that I have acquainted myself with the MSA General Regulations, agree to pay any appropriate charges and fees pursuant to those Regulations (to include any appendices thereto) and hereby agree to be bound by those Regulations and submit myself without reserve to the consequences resulting from those Regulations (and any subsequent alteration thereof). Further, I agree to pay as liquidated damages any fines imposed upon me up to the maxima set out in Part 3, Appendix 1.
