CAMP INFORMATION 1. Individual instruction is given by Notre Dame College Prep coaches who are assisted by Notre Dame student athletes. 2. All camps are held at or near the school. Each camper is responsible for his own transportation to/from camp. 3. Camp athletes are expected to wear their own gym clothes and gym shoes. Camp shirts will be given to all. 4. The cost indicated by each camp will cover registration, insurance and camp fee. THE REGISTRATION FORM/PAYMENT WILL SECURE A SPOT IN THE CAMP. 5. By sending in a registration form for Camp, You Agree: I hereby grant permission for my child/children to attend Notre Dame College Prep Summer Athletic Camps that I have signed my child/children up for. I release Notre Dame and its employees from any liability for injuries sustained while my child/children participate in such programs. I verify that my child has been examined by a physician within the past year and is in good health and able to participate in camp activities. 6. Please send payment with your registration. Time will be spent on hitting, fielding and base-running skills. Proper mechanics and techniques will be emphasized. Position drills for infielders, outfielders, pitchers and catchers will be practiced and reviewed. June 27-30 Grades 4-6 Shooting & Ball-Handling 9:30-12:00 $100 June 27-30 Grades 7-8 Shooting & Ball-Handling 12:30-3:00 $100 Shooting & Ball-Handling Camp will improve each camper s shooting form and accuracy. Also, each camper will develop better ball-handling skills. July 5-8 Grades 5-8 All Day 9:00-2:00 $180 The All Day Camp will feature daily fundamental drill stations, contests, and 3 on 3 league. Emphasis will be on offensive skill and improvement. Campers are responsible for bringing their own lunch. Pizza will be available for purchase. July 11-14 Inc Freshman (A - J) 12:30-2:00 $70 July 11-14 Inc Freshman (K - Z) 2:00-3:30 $70 Drill stations will improve your shooting skills, rebounding, passing, defense, ball-handling, agility and 3 on 3 play. Individual drill work will teach blocking, form tackling and position, specific skills such as passing, receiving and ball-handling. Group drills and team play will be organized to develop your football skills and sense of football situations. Cleats not required, but recommended. June 20-24 Grades 7-8 9:00-11:00 $120 June 27 - July 1 Inc Freshman 12:00-2:00 $120 July 5-8 Grades 2-3 9:00-10:30 $80 July 11-15 Grades 7-8 9:00-11:00 $120 July 18-22 Grades 4-6 9:00-11:00 $120 July 25-29 Grades 7-8 9:00-11:00 $120 Golf Camp will focus on fundamentals that will help you get the right start to play golf and refine / improve your game. Techniques concerning your golf grip, swing mechanics and set up will be emphasized. Pitching, chipping, bunker shots and putting will be taught. The last day of camp will be spent at a Par 3 course for all camps except the July 5-8 camp for 2nd and 3rd grades. Golfers are encouraged to bring their own clubs. Notre Dame has its own outdoor golf center and indoor instructional center, so rain or shine, there is always an area for practice. July 11-14 Grades 6 - Inc Freshman 12:30-3:00 $100 Lacrosse Camp will focus on fundamentals to properly introduce you to Lacrosse and / or further your development. Camp will stress individual drills, group competition and team play. You must have your own equipment. July 18-29 Grades 6 - Inc Freshman 9:30-12:00 $70 Monday thru Friday Speech & Debate Camp will cover the basics of public speaking and explore the competitive events of the speech and debate world.

Techniques of dribbling, passing and shooting will be emphasized. Players will compete in team play and scrimmages. Goalie Camp will focus on the technical, mental and physical areas of playing goalie. Notre Dame goalkeepers will assist the coaches. June 27-30 Grades 6 - Inc Freshman 12:30-2:30 $100 Track Camp will focus on proper running, jumping and throwing techniques. Athletes will be introduced to the 18 different events involved in a Track and Field meet. July 18-21 Grades 6-8 9:30-12:00 $100 July 18-21 Inc Freshman 12:30-3:00 $100 Volleyball Camp will emphasize skill development and fundamentals. The techniques of passing, setting, blocking, digging and spiking will be taught through individual and group drill sessions. June 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, Grades 6-12 3:00-4:30 $100 July 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14 Wrestling Camp will focus on the basics of stance, takedowns, reversals and pins. Athletes will receive individualized instruction. Age and weight groups will compete on an equal basis. June 13, 14, 16, 20, 21, 23, Grades 6-12 6:00-8:00 pm $50 27,28, 30, July 5, 7, 11, 12, 14, 18, 19, 21, 25, 26, 28 Cross Country Camp prepares each camper to become a better, faster and smarter athlete. Preparation for long distance running, flexibility and stretching exercises to assist in proper running form will be emphasized. Camp will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
