Helmet and gggles, a rider must wear a helmet at all times when riding n a track r curse. Helmets must be f the full-face r full cverage type. All riders must utilize a shatterprf face shield r shatterprf gggles. Tech Inspectin cnsists f checking fr the prper safety equipment, numbers and wrking kill switches. Vehicles must be Tech Inspected each weekend, if racing bth days yu nly need t have it inspected the first day. b. Anyne caught racing a vehicle that has nt be Tech Inspected will be disqualified fr the day.

B. EQUIPMENT 1. Maximum ATV machine width is 50" in all classes. 2. Cntrl levers must have ball ends; axle nuts must have ctter pins r clips; glass cmpnents/lights must be cvered; hrns, bells r ther sund devices are prhibited. 3. Machine sund level may nt exceed 99dbs as measured by the statinary sund test prcedures, SAE J1287. 4. Only petrleum-based gasline as defined by the American Sciety fr Test and Materials (ASTM), designatin: D4814, may be used. All fuel must be stred in apprved cntainers. Recmmend having an apprved ABC rated fire extinguisher within a 20 range when fueling race machines. N alchl based fuels. 5. In nn-prductin class s machines may be bred r strked in rder t increase engine displacement, s lng as the engine size is stamped n the case and the class limit is nt exceeded, i.e., 400cc engine may be increased t a maximum f 450cc in the 450 class. 6. All machines are subject t randm equipment inspectins any time prir t, during r after the event. Displacement will be measured at the end f the meet. 7. The machine a rider cmpetes n in the first mt/qualifier is the fficial machine f the rider fr that event, and may nt be switched during the mt r event. Hwever, in the event f a mechanical failure, ie: mtr failure r unrepairable damage, a backup machine may be used s lng as it is f like kind and quality. If a rider wants t switch machines, sign up must be ntified befre use f alternative machine. If ntificatin befre use is nt pssible rider must ntify sign up within 30 minutes f race finish. In either case if rider des nt ntify sign up that an alternative machine has been used, rider will be disqualified fr that mt. C. NUMBER PLATES 1. Machines must have a number plates munted n the frnt bumper and rear grab bar. Plates may nt be munted t the handlebars, be made f wd r be cut dwn fr csmetic purpses. Fr single and tw digit numbers, plates may be munted vertically; fr three digits numbers, plates may be munted hrizntally. 2. In the case where a number plate restricts airflw t the engine, numbers can be placed n the nse f the ATV instead f a frnt number plate. 3. Numbers shall be a minimum f 6" blck numbers (n shading r utlining). N symbls may be used except as indicated by the Event Organizer. 3. Number plates and numbers shall be f cntrasting clrs, clear, legible and have a prfessinal appearance. D. REGISTRATION 1. Riders under the age f 18 years must be accmpanied by a parent r legal guardian with a parental cnsent frm in rder t participate. It must be witnessed but shuld be ntarized. 2. Prf f age (i.e., birth certificate r driver's license) must be available upn request by event referee r at rider registratin. 3. Riders must register fr the race befre riding their machine anywhere n the facility grunds. 4. Riders may nt exceed first gear idle when traveling t/frm their pit area and must always wear a helmet. 5. Safety equipment and machine eligibility are the sle respnsibility f the rider.

E. RACE PROCEDURES 1. Must have a minimum f 3 riders t run a class. In the event that there are nt, entries will be refunded r they may be transferred t anther class entry. 2. First mt r qualifier gate picks will be determined by cmputer draw. The secnd/final mt gate picks will be determined by first mt/qualifier finishes, with the faster qualifier mt taking precedence. 3. The Pr Prductin class with have a 10 minute ht lap qualifying sessin n Saturdays t determine gate pick rder fr the Sunday Pr class race. Gate picks will be determined by fastest lap times. 4. The fllwing classes will be required t run transpnders fr the 2014 seasn: a. Pr b. Pr Am c. Prductin A 5. If there are mre riders in a class than the starting gate can accmmdate, the fllwing prgram will be used: a. Riders will be divided int equal qualifier grups based n current pint standings, with the higher ranked riders being assigned t different grups t avid all tp ranked riders cmpeting in the same qualifying mt. b. An equal number f riders will transfer frm each qualifying mt t the final mt. c. All riders wh d nt qualify fr the final mt in the qualifier mt s are eligible t cmpete in the cnslatin race. A lesser number f riders will transfer frm the cnslatin mt than frm the qualifier mt s. d. This matrix may be mdified accrdingly t gate size. Radis are permitted between pit crew members, but nt with r between riders. 9. N rider may ride in such a manner as t endanger life r limb f ther riders, fficials r the public. Riders will be penalized fr the reckless peratin f their machine r fr running int an fficial. 10. Unsprtsmanlike cnduct r the deliberate ramming, blcking, r intentinal cntact with anther rider will result in being banned frm the series. 11. Team tactics include blcking, allwing anther rider t pass in rder t affect the utcme f the race. Riders invlved will be penalized.

F. RACE FINISHES 1. The race fficially ends fr all cntestants at the cmpletin f the lap in which the checkered flag is displayed t the winner. 2. Riders will be scred in rder f finish and laps cmpleted. It is nt necessary t cmplete all laps in rder t be scred, if yu breakdwn during the mt yu will be scred accrding t yur last recrded lap. a. Each rider receives mt pints fr their finish placement in a mt. In a 2 mt frmat the cmbinatin f thse mt pints determines their verall finish fr the day; placement is by lwest pint ttal. b. Finish placement mt pints are scred as such; 1 st place gets 1 pint, 2 nd gets 2 pints, 3 rd gets 3 pints, etc. Mt pints frm bth mt s are added tgether t determine verall fr the day. c. DNS: A rider wh des nt reprt t staging will get a "Did Nt Start/Stage". A DNS results in 30 mt pints. d. DNF: A rider wh starts the race but des nt take the checkered flag will receive a "Did Nt Finish" fr the mt. A DNF results in 25 mt pints fr the mt. e. In case f a tie in cmbined mt pints fr the verall finish, the 2 nd rider with the lwest pints fr mt 2 will take precedence. f. Examples: Mt 1 Mt2 Overall Rider 1 finished 2 nd = 2 pints finished 2 nd = 2 Ttal=4, receives 1 st verall Rider 2 finished 1 st = 1 pint finished 3 rd = 3 Ttal=4, receives 2 nd verall Rider 3 didn t take checkered = 25 (DNF) finished 1 st = 1 Ttal = 26, receives 3 rd verall 3. Amateur Awards: 30% awarded up t 3 rd place. 1-3 riders, 1 st place awarded. 4-6 riders, 1 st and 2 nd place awarded. 7-9 riders, 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd place awarded. (trphy, plaque r medal) 4. Yuth Awards: 250 prductin, Schlby Jr. and belw 100% awarded. 1 st 3 rd awarded, the rest get a participatin award (trphy, plaque r medal) 5. Year End Awards: will be given t CLASS champins 1 st thrugh 3 rd 6. Prtests: a. Results / Finish Prtests: There is n cst fr a results prtest; riders have 30 minutes after the results are psted t prtest a finish, prtest must be dne at sign up. b. Technical Prtests:. Anther entrant within the same class may make technical prtests as the entrant being prtested. A tw hundred-dllar ($200) $250 cash fee must accmpany prtests fr each item prtested. The prtest must be in writing alng with the fee and be delivered t sign up n later than 30 minutes after event results are prtested. The decisin f the prmters will be final. i. The mney will be used t determine if the prtest is valid ii. If the prtest is fund t be valid, apprpriate actin will be taken iii. If fund t nt be valid, the mney is NOT returned. c. The prmters, with r withut prtest, has the right t penalize, disqualify, and/r suspend any vehicle r entrant fr vilatin f any rule. d. Yu may nt file a prtest by calling a staff member, emailing, Facebk pst, Facebk message r any ther means. The nly way t file a prtest is in persn and up t 30 minutes after the mt. 7. Penalties will be assessed at the discretin f the prmter based n the severity f the ffense, and may include ne r mre f the fllwing: psitin(s), lap(s), time adjustment, disqualificatin, suspensin, lss f champinship pints, warning, etc.

G. CLASS CHAMPIONSHIPS 1. T be eligible fr series awards, a rider must cmpete in 12 ut f 14 events fr amateurs in the same class fr that series; Pr s must cmpete in 6 ut f 7 events. 2. Champinships will be determined by adding the best 12 ut f 14 finished fr amateurs and the best 6 ut f 7 finishes fr Pr s. 3. Changing Classes a. A rider may change classes if they feel that they have entered int the wrng class. b. Staff als has the right t mve a rider frm ne class t anther if they feel that the rider is unsafe fr that class r if they are sandbagging. c. In the event f changing classes after the first mt, staff will determine placement dependent upn hw they wuld have finished had they been in the crrect class t start. If that cannt be determined then they will be placed in last place fr the 1 st mt. d. If a rider changes classes after their 2 nd mt, they will transfer 75% f their pints, 3 rd mt 50%, after their 4 th mt n pints will transfer. e. When a rider changes classes, pints tward champinships will be displayed as a DNS in a mt prir t mving with a ttal lump sum. 5. Ties fr class champinships will be brken by the fllwing prcedure: a. The rider with the mst first place finishes will be awarded the champinship b. If the tie cntinues t exist, riders will be awarded the same psitin. H. PIT VEHICLES 1. A pit vehicle is any nn-racing mtrized vehicle used t transprt a persn within the facility (glf cart, mule, mini bike, utility ATV, etc). 2. Use f pit vehicles is a privilege, nt a right, extended t ur adult guest s age 16 years r lder. 3. Reckless r irrespnsible pit riding will nt be tlerated. Vilatrs and entered riders respnsible fr the vilatr will be subject t penalty, including, but nt limited t: lss f gate pick, lss f event pints, lss f series pints, disqualificatin and/r remval frm the event. I. PERSONAL CONDUCT 1. Each rider is respnsible fr the actins f thier family and pit crew. Any unnecessary truble caused by these individuals puts that rider at risk f disqualificatin.

2. Abuse f staff will nt be tlerated and will result in prbatin, suspensin and/r disqualificatin. 3. Fighting will als nt be tlerated, if anyne is caught fighting they and/r their rider will be disqualified, a. The plice will be called and charges will be filed. b. They and/r the rider may be banned fr the seasn r permanently frm the series. 4. Any frm f deliberate retaliatin by a rider will nt be tlerated. If caught, rider will be disqualified and may be banned fr the rest f the seasn r permanently frm the series. I. FLAGS 1. Operatinal Flags a. Green Flag: Indicates the start f a race r clear track cnditins. b. Checkered Flag: Indicates the end f a race r practice sessin; prceed t the designated track exit. c. Red Flag: Indicates the race has been stpped. Reduce speed and prceed safely t the staging area. d. Black Flag: Indicates a prblem with yur mtcrss ATV r a disqualificatin. A number bard displayed with the flag indicates the rider being signaled. Carefully reduce speed and prceed arund the curse t the designated mechanics area. Black flagged riders are nt permitted t return t the race curse unless cleared by the Prmter. 2. Warning Flags: a. Statinary Yellw Flag: Indicates a ptentially hazardus situatin n r near the racetrack. Passing is nt allwed. Riders - must exercise cautin. b. Waving Yellw Flag: Indicates serius hazard n r near the racetrack. Passing is nt allwed. Riders must prceed with - extreme cautin. c. White Flag with Red Crss: Indicates a medical situatin n r near the racetrack. Riders must rll each jump individually with n passing and exercise extreme cautin until past the area f cncern. d. Blue/White stripe Flag: Indicates a rider is abut t be vertaken by a faster rider. The vertaken rider shuld hld his line and nt impede the prgress f the faster rider. Riders disregarding this flag may be blackflagged at the discretin f the Prmter 3. Curtesy Flags: a. White Flag: Indicates the final lap f a race. b. White and Green Flags Crssed: Indicates half f the ttal race distance. J. STAGING / STARTING PROCEDURES 1. Riders must wait t be called frm the staging area t line up n the starting gate by the starting fficial. Once a rider enters the staging area and is called t the starting gate, neither the rider nr his ATV will be permitted t return t the pit areas. If the rider r his ATV leaves the staging area after this pint, he will nt be permitted t start the race unless agreed upn by the starting fficial. 2. Riders must quickly make their gate selectin. 3. Exchanging gate psitins with ther riders is nt permitted. 4. All starts will be cnducted with a mechanical backward-falling gate if present, if nt then the starter will use a green flag t indicate the start. If a backstp bard is present, the rear tires may nt extend past r rest upn the bard. 5. Each rider may have nly ne crew member accmpany him t the starting gate.

6. Grming \ sweeping may nly be dne behind the gate when it s a dirt starting pad. If there is a cement starting pad then sweeping is permitted anywhere there is cement. Only the use f a brm is allwed, n shvels, tls r ther implements (freign r natural) may be used. 7. Watering f starting lanes by riders r mechanics is prhibited. 8. Ramps f any kind may nt be frmed in the starting lane (frnt and rear wheels must be level). 9. ATVs must be psitined straight and in the center f the starting gate. Riders may nt start at an angle. 10. Once the last rider is in the gate and the track is cleared fr the start: a. The 30-secnd card will be displayed, the sign will be held upright fr 30 secnds, and then turned sideways fr at least five secnds but nt mre than 10. b. During the five- t ten-secnd interval the gate will fall. c. Jumping r fuling the gate may result in a penalty f ne lap r disqualificatin. d. If a rider fails t leave the gate nce the race has started, they may cntinue t enter the race until the leader has passed by where the starting straight-a-way enters the track. K. RESTART PROCEDURES 1. In the case f a false start (gate malfunctin), a race will be restarted with the riders returning t their riginal starting psitins. 2. Shuld a race be stpped after ne (1) lap is cmplete by all racers, the race will be restarted using the fficial scred rider psitins the lap prir t the red flag, if nt a restart frm the starting gates will be dne. The restart will resume fr the time remaining f the mt prviding track cnditins allw using a NASCAR single file start. a. Race may be restarted either n the track r frm the starting straight-a-way b. Race will be restarted with a flag drp and everyne will restart at the same time, yu may nt pass the persn in frnt f yu until yu pass the starter r cne. 3. Riders wh are nt present at the starting gate fr the riginal start f a race are barred frm any subsequent restarts. 4. Riders wh are present at the gate but are unable t start due t a stalled machine r ther cntributing factr may jin the race frm the starting area until the time the race leader cmpletes the first lap. Thereafter, the rider may nt jin the race. Riders unable t jin the race by this prcedure are barred frm any subsequent restarts. 5. During a restart, all riders must return t the staging area immediately and are nt permitted t return t the pit areas. Riders returning t the pit areas will nt be eligible fr the restart unless directed t d s by the Prmter. 6. Riders may be directed back t the pit areas by the Prmter in case f ful weather r ther unfreseen circumstances. 7. Any race start r restart will be cnsidered an fficial part f the event even if the start r restart des nt result in a lap being cmpleted by the leader. Therefre, any infractins will be deemed valid and ruled upn accrdingly 8. Riders determined by the Prmter t be respnsible fr stpping a race will be placed at the rear f the restart r the finishing rder relative t their invlvement (i.e., first rider invlved last, next rider invlved next t last, etc.). CLASS DEFINITIONS PRO Prductin 4-Strke: 100% payback f entries t 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd place Must be a prductin based quad, and maintain stck center cases, minimum age f 16 n the day f the event, PRO riders may als cmpete in PRO AM.
