The Organising Committee of the 55 st International Open Swimming Trophy Sette Colli has the pleasure to inform the interested Nations, Clubs and Athletes that the event will take place in Rome at the Stadio del Nuoto from 29 June to 1 July 2018. The O.C. will take care of the local transportation and shuttle service from the airports and train stations upon arrival, during the event and for your departure as well. TRANSPORTS Transfers: a personal welcome and transfer to official hotels will be organized on arrival (Fiumicino and Ciampino airport, or Railway stations) and departure. The OC will provide free transportation for a maximum of 2 groups for each Delegation. In case of additional transfer please contact us for quotation. Shuttles: Shuttles will be organized from official hotels toward the pool during the training and during the competition. Hostess: Hostess service will be included in the accommodation package. BOOKING CONDITIONS You are kindly requested to book your hotel directly with the Organizing Committee as follows: Reservations will be handled on a first come first serve base To confirm your reservation, please return the booking form within the 30 th arch 2018. The reservation will be confirmed officially only after the reception of the duly signed and stamped form and payment receipt of the 50% deposit of the total amount. By paying your reservation turns into a booking. The deadline to finalize the booking, to pay the balance and forward your final accommodation booking form will be on ay 26 th 2018. Due to the limited number of single rooms, allocation of single will be decided and evaluated case by case according to the availability and to the size of your team. CANCELLATION FEE Any cancellations prior to 28 th April 2018 will not be penalized. Between 29 th April 2018 and 25 th ay 2018, cancellations will be penalized with a 50% charge of the total cost of the cancelled reservation. Cancellations from 26 th ay 2018, will be penalized with a 100% charge of the total cost of the cancelled reservation. ENTRY PROCEDURE The Event is open to the Italian and foreign swimmers who have achieved the Qualifying Standard Times as per the table below within the date of 10 June 2018, and to the Italian athletes selected for the National 2018 team. Additionally the Event is open to all Italian swimmers in possession of the requirements for the admission at the Italian Championship 2018, as well as those who won individual medals in the junior and cadet categories during the National Youth Criteria 2018. Therefore the Italian athletes of the categories boys / girls who achieved better performances than those necessary for medals in the corresponding junior events during the last National Youth Criteria 2018 will be allowed to participate. Entry for the 800m and 1500m freestyle events is allowed to the 20 best male and female times in each distance.
