President Directors & Officers Insurance Coverage Currently CJSA has D&O and includes CJSA clubs to a combined liability limit of $2M There are very few D&O underwriters that currently are willing to provide a master policy covering all clubs due to a historically poor loss history for this class of business....a number of state associations no longer provide coverage for the member clubs due to claims activity. At some point it may be necessary to advise your member organizations that they may need to plan on purchasing their own individual D&O Policy. (Range $650-$1,000)
President Insurance - Registering all Players Statement from Pullen Insurance: Connecticut Junior Soccer Association, Inc. excess accident medical insurance policy is secondary insurance. Failure to follow the rules of your primary health care coverage will result in a benefit reduction of eligible expenses to 50% of the amount otherwise payable. Are You Registering ALL Your Players? Are Your Players Covered?

If the answer is yes, referee must record name and phone number of the HCP. If the answer is NO, or the name and phone number of the HCP is not given, the referee asks the player to leave the field.
