WAA SWIMMING TEAM REGISTRATION PROCESS Joining Swimming Victoria Club Membership for the First Time New Swimmers 1. Go to the Swimming Victoria (SV) website home page: www.vic.swimming.org.au 2. Select JOIN NOW! (blue box) circled in red. Select Club page (please see further steps below). 3. Select Club page a. Top box Region: click on the arrow on the drop box and scroll down to select the Metro West Swimming Victoria Inc. option. b. Bottom box Club: click on the arrow on the drop box and scroll down to select Western Aquatic Academy Swimming Team. c. Select Next (circled in red) on the picture displayed. Scroll to the bottom of the page and then tick the I agree to the terms of membership box at the bottom of the screen to accept. c. Select Next (circled in red) on the picture displayed. Select a registration category (one category only from the list below): 8 year old Junior Dolphin can enter all SV competitions subject to conditions of competitions Competitive Swimmer can enter all SV competitions subject to conditions of competitions Junior Dolphin (7 years and under) can enter all SV competitions subject to conditions of competitions Non Swimmer committee members and parents Recreational Swimmer participates in squad training, internal competitions and/or Encouragement competitions The WAA Swimming Team Season 2017/2018 costs are as follows: Membership Type Annual Cost Junior Dolphin (8 years old) $65.00 Competitive Swimmer $130.00 Junior Dolphin (7 years and under) $0.00 Non Swimmer $30.00 Recreational Swimmer $90.00 Personal Details page. 6. If all fields are correct and you do not wish to add a family member, click Make Payment (circled in red) on the picture displayed. If you do wish to add another family member, click Add Family Member (circled in blue) on the picture displayed and follow the prompts to add another family member. 12. Privacy page 1. To Transfer your existing Club Membership to the Western Aquatic Academy Swimming Team Transferring your club membership to Western Aquatic Academy Swimming Team from another club: 1. Please contact Vince Taylor (WAA President) by email: president@westernaquaticacademy.com.au with your name, previous club and member number (if known) to initiate the transfer to the Western Aquatic Academy Swimming Team. 2. You will then receive an email from Swimming Victoria to enable the payment process for membership with the Western Aquatic Academy Swimming Team.
