This manual is a generi doument, whih is sent out to all EMITT's Exhibitors. This doument do not ontain any information (rented spae, stand loation, et.) related to the Rental Contrat that has been signed between EUF and the EXHIBITOR for privay purposes. Important Notie In order to benefit from the servies of EUF and its 3rd parties, inluding but not limited to free and paid servies, to be provided by EUF within the sope of EMITT, eah EXHIBITOR must read this manual and fill out all relevant Forms within speifi deadlines. It should be noted that all FORMS must be returned to EUF by 22 Deember, 2018 via fax or email. 1

NEW FEATURES AND IMPROVEMENTS AT EMITT 2018 In aordane with health and safety 6331 In aordane with Artiles 5 and 23 of the Health and Safety Law, Code No. 6331, Personnel who do not use Personal Protetive Equipment will not be allowed to work in the field in no ase. Personnel who will work at the fair area must had insurane and registered at the OHSS Information Input System. During the fair, espaially at installation and disassembly proesses fire extinguishing abinets must be open. Exhibitor an not blok fire extinguishing abinets under any irumstanes. All eletrial work in the stand must be done by ertified with the ability to do business and qualified eletriians in aordane with the projet with suitable material in aordane with the appliable law. All uruits in the stand must be protet with 30 ma residual-urrent devie and 300 ma fire protet relay. All drywall appliations, ativities that may ause plaster dust and utting operations that may ause dust and COMPRESSOR operations are forbidden within the fairground. Smoking in any way and / or within the exhibition area is prohibited. OHSS Information Input System All employees who being in the fair area have to report all insurane papers to the fair area management for protet all employees s health and safety in the area aording to 6331 ode of OHSS Law enompassing oupational health and safety studies. For this reason all employees who will work at the fair area must register to OHSS Information Input System. Otherwise employee who will work will not be taken to the exhibition area. Stand Setup The EXHIBITOR is to be provided with a 3-day preparation period for installation, setup, furnishing and deoration duties (22 nd, 23 th, 24 th January of 2018). Stand Setup proess must be finalized by 24 January, 2018 Wednesday at 12:00. Only minor tasks suh as leaning and display arrangement an be undertaken between 12:00-20:00 on 24 January, 2018 (on Wednesday). If the stand has not been ompleted on 24 January, 2018 Wednesday at 12:00 o lok, a penalty of 150 EUR + VAT per hour will be invoied for the Exhibitors until the ompletion of the stand. Dismantling and Rubble Removal Custom stand owner exhibitors must have removed all stand materials and displayed produts by 29 th January, 2018 at 17:00 (on Monday). Should the Exhibitor fail to finalize the dismantling proess within this deadline EUF will take neessary ations dismantle the stand and proeed with the removal of stand material and displayed produts without further notie. It should be noted that a 25 EUR + VAT per sqm Rubble Removal Fee will be applied, based on the total area (in sqm) set forth in the Rental Contrat. Neighbouring Stands: Covering bakside of your Stand s exeeding walls In the event that the Exhibitor s stand is higher ompared to the neighbouring stands, the Exhibitor must then over the exeeding portion of its stand walls/panels, ensuring that the level looks neat and painted in white olor. The Exhibitor is not allowed to apply any type of visual elements suh as logos, writings or flags on the exeeding area. In the event that the exeeding area/surfae is not overed by the Exhibitor, an amount of 60 EUR + VAT per sqm is invoied to the Exhibitor by the EUF for the implementation of penal lause. 2

NEW FEATURES AND IMPROVEMENTS AT EMITT 2018 Fire Prevention and Safety Exhibitors shall use non-flammable equipment and material during setup proess. Stand onstrutions must be undertaken in suh a way that Fire Cabinets remain aessible at all times. The front of fire abinets will not be left open as indiated in the exhibition registration proess in the presene of the notary, as well as to exhibitors 2.500 EUR + VAT in the amount of penalty proeedings shall aply. The invoie in question to the exhibitor are obliged to pay. Forklift Forklift servies will be provided from 09:00 to 20:00 during the stand setup between 22nd January, 2018 and 23th January 2018 with a fee. During the dismantling stage forklift servies will be provided from 28th January 2018 at 20:00 to 29th January 2018 at 10:00. Forklift servie fee shall be paid to the logistis ompany who will be sponsor of Exhibition at on-site. Request for Change in the Stand System The Stand System to be used by the Exhibitor in the Exhibition is defined by the Rental Contrat between EUF and the Exhibitor. If the Exhibitor requests to hange its stand system with another system in the lower fee ategory 30 days or less prior to the opening date of the exhibition, the ost differene will not be refunded. Coktail and Catering Servies in the Exhibition Area Sardunya Turizm Yatırımları Gıda Sanayi ve İkram Hizmetleri A.Ş. is the exlusive servie provider regarding atering servies for oktail organizations, supply of aloholi beverages and related treat servies. It is forbidden to use another servie providers other than Sardunya Turizm Yatırımları Gıda Sanayi ve İkram Hizmetleri A.Ş. Custom Stand Projet Approval Exhibitors with Custom Stands should get their stand projets approved by EUF by Deember 22 nd 2017. EUF holds the right to approve or not approve ustom projets. Companies who do not have Projet approval an not use OHSS Information Input System. Material entries into the exhibition area of the Exhibitors that have not approved projets or did not fulfill the hanges are not allowed. 3

Floor loading apaity is 3.000 kg/m2 at Halls 11-12-13-14. The EXHIBITOR is not allowed to drill, nail, stamp, apply bally or any other adhesive on the floor of the spae that it rents. Usage of Ceiling Inside Halls Exhibitors are not allowed to use eilings for hanging visuals and/or fixing strutural elements. Fire Extinguishing Systems Fire Extinguisher Systems are available in eah hall. Fire abinets are also plaed 30 meters apart from eah other. The Exhibitor must ensure that the stand design allows easy aess to fire abinets at all times. 9

Eletriity EUF is responsible for providing the abling of eletriity for the eletri lines from the existing eletri welding to eah Exhibitor s stand (to a speifi point stated by the Exhibitor in Grid Plan ). Lines and abling will be able to meet Exhibitor s power needs (stated in Tehnial Servies Form). Panel with automati fuse, will be provided by the Exhibitor and the distribution inside the stand will be onduted by the Exhibitor after the panel set-up. The stand eletriity will be ativated following the eletriity onnetion ats arried out by The Exhibitor within the stand, after the neessary ontrol is performed by the ompetent eletriity tehniian present at the exhibition area. Eletriity will not be provided to ustom stands that are not equipped with automati fuse. (This will be alulated based on usage) At the exhibition area, any hanges regarding previously plaed demands related to eletriity needs and/or new requests of Exhibitors will be met by EUF. This said, EUF an not guarantee timely fulfillment of these demands as it an not foresee the workload in advane. Changes or new requests are subjet to a surharge of 100%. Thus, Exhibitors should pay a fee twie as high as what is originally indiated in Tehnial Servies Form. Stand eletriity will be turned off on the last day of the exhibition (28 January,2018) as of 18:30. The Exhibitors shall provide written information to the Tehnial Offie for eletriity, whih require the need to be kept on in an uninterrupted manner for 24 hours Water and Compressed Air The Exhibitor should apply for water onnetion and ompressed air onnetion through the relevant form by taking into onsideration the deadlines. EUF annot be held responsible for delays or non-ompletion of the demands made after the deadlines. Expenses related to water and ompressed air will be billed separately. No water and ompressed air servies will be provided to Halls 1, 4 and Outdoor Exhibitors. At the exhibition area, any hanges regarding previously plaed demands related to water and ompressed air onnetion needs and/or new requests of Exhibitors will be met by EUF. This said, EUF an not guarantee timely fulfillment of these demands as it annot foresee the workload in advane. Changes or new requests are subjet to a surharge of 100%. Thus, exhibitors should pay a fee twie as high as what is originally indiated in Tehnial Servies Form. Grid Plan Exhibitors must omplete the Grid Plan form to indiate atual usage points of servies like Eletriity, Compressed Air and Water Connetion. Should the Exhibitor fail to fill out the grid plan, EUF will undertake this operation nevertheless. The Exhibitor will not be able to request hanges one EUF finishes this proess. Extra Stand Materials Exhibitors may bring their own furniture and additional display materials. Exhibitors an also rent standard extra stand materials via the Extra Stand Material Form in the Exhibitor Manual. Exhibitors an refer to Extra Stand Materials Form to see the list of items that an be rented and plae their order through the same form. 10

Goods & Material entrane will only be allowed between 25-28 January 2018 at 8:30 am - 9:30 am and 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm during the exhibition. Gates will remain shut exept for the above - mentioned time intervals, hene pakages, deliveries, goods and other items will not be allowed inside the halls. Exhibitors who will work have to fill Work Permit Form. Otherwise they an not work at the fair area. 28 January 2018 20:30-00:00 18:30-00:00 Stand dismantling proess will begin after 18:30. Dismantling teams will not be taken to the exhibition area before 18:30. IMPORTANT NOTICES If the stand has not been ompleted on January 24. 2018, at 12:00 am noon, a penalty of 150 EUR + VAT per hour will be invoied for the Exhibitors until the ompletion of the stand. Exhibitors must have removed all stand materials and displayed produts by 10:00 pm on January 29, 2018. It should be noted that a 25 EUR + VAT per sqm Rubble Removal Fee will be applied, based on the total area (in sqm) set forth in the Rental Contrat.. Stand eletriity will be turned off on the last day of the exhibition (January 28, 2018) as of 18:30. EUF shall provide the general seurity servies at the exhibition area; however onsidering the size of the exhibition, EUF does not give any warranty or assume any liability in onnetion with the seurity. EUF shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss, injury or death resulting from any and all kinds of fires, natural or soial events, theft et. throughout the exhibition (from installation phase to dismantling). The EXHIBITOR is required to ensure the seurity of its stand, display produts, valuable items and equipment. 11

Setup Dates The Exhibitor is to be provided with a 3 days (22 January to 24 January 2018) preparation period for installation, setup and furnishing. Stand Setup Completion Deadline: All stands must be set up by 12:00 on 24 January 2018 (Wednesday). * If the stand setup has not been ompleted by 24 January, 2018, at 12:00 o lok on Wednesday, a penalty of 150 EUR + VAT per hour will be invoied to the Exhibitors until the ompletion of the stand. * The Exhibitors will have the opportunity to work 24 hours during setup stages until 12:00 on 22-23 January 2018. * EUF holds the right to interfere in and suspend works of Exhibitors who fail to set up their stands by 12:00 on 24 January, 2018. All drywall appliations, ativities that may ause plaster dust and utting operations that may ause dust and COMPRESSOR operations are forbidden within the fairground. Dismantling Dates For Custom Stands : By 29 January 2018, 10:00 hours at latest For Standard Stands : By 28 January 2018, 24:00 hours at latest Exhibitors must have removed all stand materials and displayed produts by 17:00 on January 29, 2018. Should the Exhibitor fail to finalize the dismantling proess within this deadline EUF will take neessary ations dismantle the stand and proeed with the removal of stand material and displayed produts without further notie. Logistis Servies The Logisti for the EMITT will be provided by GRUPTRANS. Forklift Servies Forklift servies will be provided from 09:00 to 21:00 during the stand setup between 22-23 January, 2018 and 24 January, 2018 at 09:00-12:00. During the dismantling stage, forklift servies will be provided from 20:00 on 28 January, 2018 to 10:00 on January 29, 2018 with a ertain amount of fee Forklift servie fee shall be paid to the logistis ompany who will be sponsor of Exhibition at on-site. For Contat Information See Page 22 Aessibility: Fire Extinguishing Systems Exhibitors must make sure that fire abinets, extinguishers and related systems remain aessible at all times. During the fair, espeially at installation and disassembly proesses fire extinguishing abinets must be open. Exhibitors annot blok fire extinguishing abinets under any irumstanes. If fire extinguishing abinets are bloked, EUF holds the right to move the hazard without notie and will not responsible for any damages. 13

Standart Stand This is a system provided by EUF that is made of white melamine-oated hipboard and aluminum profiles, using all of the retangular spae stated in the rental ontrat. EUF holds the right to inspet the physial appliation of an initially approved projet to ensure that infrastruture elements, shafts, and fire abinets remain aessible at all times. Custom Stand Custom Stand appliation refers to a stand system that is to be designed and set up by the EXHIBITOR in a manner not exeeding the spae rented by taking into onsideration height and other tehnial speifiations and restritions. Servies inluded in the Custom Stand System An empty area with formatted orners and marked stand area A able for eletriity as stated in Grid Plan. The Exhibitor is responsible for handling its own power distribution and setting up the lighting of the stand. Stand Height Restritions and Standards Maximum heights are determined by EUF. Heights may vary from hall to hall as stated below: Hall 1 : 3,5 m Hall 2 : 5,0 m Hall 3 : 5,0 m (Under Balony h max. 4m.) Hall 4 : 3,5 m* Hall 5 : 5,0 m Hall 6 : 5,0 m Hall 7 : 5,0 m Hall 8 : 4,0 m Hall 9 : 4,0 m Hall 10 : 5,0 m Hall 11 : 5,0 m Hall 12 : 5,0 m Hall 13 : 5,0 m Hall 14 : 5,0 m * Regarding stands that are loated under ventilation shafts, the maximum height is limited to 2.5 meters. In the event that the EXHIBITOR wishes to use a stand that is likely to exeed the max. heights stated above, it shall get EUF approval for its stand projet in onnetion with this matter. EUF holds the right to approve or dismiss suh requests. If EUF does not approve the projet and not allow the EXHIBITOR to exeed the appliable maximum height with regard to its projet the Exhibitor must then review 15

Stand Projet Approval Exhibitors with Custom Stands should have their stand projets approved by EUF by 22 Deember 2018. Custom Stand projets to be submitted for approval shall inlude relevant measurements and sales, and shall also be illustrated in a 3-dimensional format. EUF holds the right to deny a projet that has been submitted by the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor must then review its projet design and re-submit its projet for approval. It should be noted that EUF will prevent unapproved projets from being physially applied during the setup. EUF is entitled to interrupt, suspend or demolish any work performed at the exhibition area should it deem neessary. EUF deisions at the exhibition are irreversible. Companies who have no Projet approval annot use OHSS Information Input System., 2nd Floor / Storey Usage The two-storey stand appliations are valid for the stands larger than 24 sqm and 2nd floor appliation is not permitted for the stands smaller than 24 sqm. The two-storey stand appliations are subjet to the "Stand Projet Approval" items. Neighbouring Stands: Covering Bakside of Your Stand s Exeeding Walls In the event that the Exhibitor s stand is higher ompared to the neighbouring stands the Exhibitor must then over the exeeding portion of its stand walls/panels, ensuring that the level looks neat and painted in white olor. The Exhibitor is not allowed to apply any type of visual elements suh as logos, writings or flags on the exeeding area. In the event that the exeeding area/surfae is not overed by the Exhibitor, the proess will be onduted by EUF for a fixed fee of 60 EUR + VAT per sqm. Rubble Removal It is under the responsibility of the Exhibitor to dispose of all remaining materials/waste during the dismantling proess. The ost of disposal regarding remaining stand material and waste at the Exhibition Area will be billed to the Exhibitor for a fixed fee of 25 EUR + VAT per sqm (Cost of waste removal). Exhibitor s stand size (in sqm) will determine the total amount. Material & Goods Entry During Exhibition Time During the exhibition (25-28 January, 2018) material & goods entrane will only be allowed between 08:30-09:30 at noon and between 18:30-20:00 in the evening. Gates will remain shut exept for the above-mentioned time intervals, hene pakages, deliveries, goods and other items will not be allowed inside the halls. Material & goods entrane will only be with Exhibitor Card. Musi Broadasting Inside Stands All promotional ativities inluding but not limited to video shows and musi broadasting must be onduted within Exhibitor s stand area and not disturb neighbouring stands and visitors. The maximum noise level for any type of promotional ativity should be below 60 db (deibel). Seurity at the Exhibition Area Safety preautions in the exhibition spae are taken by EUF. However, EUF does not provide a detailed and omprehensive seurity servie for the size of the area and the heavy Exhibitor traffi; it is not liable in this regard. Assignment of private seurity personnel for the stand is reommended to the Exhibitor in order to avoid any breah of seurity. Insurane Information EUF does not hold any responsibility for any loss and/or damage that may our at any stage of the exhibition inluding set-up, exhibition time and stand disassembly. This inludes, stand materials, exhibited produts, stand furniture and all relevant items. It is suggested that the Exhibitor applies for insurane to over its possessions. Internet Servies At The Exhibition Area Internet servies provided at the exhibition area and halls are provided by a speial servie provider and EUF does not have any ontrol over this subjet. 17

Additional Servies Fire and Seurity Appliations Additional Servies Interpreter You may hire experiened interpreters to better ommuniate with your visitors throughout the exhibition. Stand Attendants Host-Hostess for your stand may be requested to harge in the stand during the exhibition. Seurity You may hire seurity for your stand during the exhibition. Cleaning You may hire leaning for your stand during the exhibition. Fire and Seurity Appliations FIRE SAFETY Exhibitors shall use non-flammable and non-ombustible equipments and materials during the setup proess. Fire Extinguisher Systems are available in eah hall. Fire abinets are also plaed 30 meters apart from eah other. Stand onstrutions must be undertaken in suh a way that Fire Cabinets remain aessible at all times. In emergeny ases, espeially during stand setup and dismantling, aess to the fire extinguisher abinets may be restrited. In this ase EUF may immediately remove the materials on the road and it will not be liable for any damage to these materials that may our. The front of fire abinets will not be left open as indiated in the exhibition registration proess in the presene of the notary, as well as to exhibitors 2,500 EUR + VAT in the amount of penalty proeedings shall aply. The invoie in question to the exhibitor are obliged to pay. DISPLAYED GOODS Goods and materials that are to be displayed inside eah exhibitor s stand must omply with general health & safety regulations to prevent aidents from happening. DISPLAYING VEHICLES AT STANDS It is prohibited to keep, be in possession of and/or display any and all kinds of ignitable, inflammable, ombustible, nulear, biologial or hemial materials that pose threat to the human health or the environment, or that are limited by the laws, at the exhibition venue. Fuel tanks of all kinds of vehiles to be displayed shall be empty throughout the exhibition. It is forbidden to display Vehiles with LPG ombustion systems. Furthermore, suh vehiles will not be allowed inside the indoor parking zones. EMERGENCY EVACUATION In ase of an emergeny; EUF has the right to evauate speifi areas or the entire exhibition spae with the help of the polie and the fire department. Exhibitors must omply with EUF diretives (verbally ommuniated and/or through publi announements) in ase of an emergeny. 18
