Welcome! You and one (1) guest are confirmed to attend the Chevy Truck Legends VIP NASCAR Experience on Sunday, April 9th at Texas Motor Speedway! We are excited you will get a glimpse of our all-new Chevrolet vehicles as well as experience one of the loudest and most heart pounding events in the country. If your plans change and you are unable to attend, please contact us immediately. A great day of activities are planned and you ll find all the important facts and details in the following slides. Parking information and maps are included in the following pages for your reference. Chevy Truck Legends VIP NASCAR Experience Tickets to private suite with complimentary food and soft drinks Guided Garage and Pit Tours (Limited availability*) Appearance by Chevrolet Driver (to be announced) Opportunity to take an on-track parade lap in a Chevy Silverado Special Edition. In order to drive in the parade lap, a Breathalyzer test will be required. *PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO NASCAR REGULATIONS WE HAVE A LIMITED NUMBER OF GARAGE TOUR SPOTS AVAILABLE. THESE WILL BE ASSIGNED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. 2
Schedule: 7:15 a.m. Guest Registration Opens Parking: Please park in the lot designated on the attached maps Location: Chevrolet Midway Display located near Gate 7 At check-in, you will be provided with your race ticket and infield credential. Please bring your valid driver's license with you as we will need this to check you in, ALL guests must be 18 years or older PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO NASCAR REGULATIONS AND OUR VERY TIGHT SCHEDULE FOR THIS RACE, WE HAVE A VERY LIMITED NUMBER OF GARAGE TOUR SPOTS AVAILABLE. THESE WILL BE ASSIGNED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS 8:30 a.m. Suite Opens / Food and beverages are served 8:40 a.m. Official Welcome and Orientation 9:00 a.m. Garage Tours and Pit Tours Start 9:30 a.m. Guest Registration Closes ALL GUESTS MUST BE CHECKED IN BY THIS TIME. 10:45 a.m. Garage Tours and Pit Tours End 10:50 a.m. Parade Lap Meeting Guests will participate in a mandatory parade lap meeting and will be escorted into the infield. 11:00 a.m. Guests escorted to trucks 11:25 a.m. Guest load into parade lap vehicles 11:50 a.m. Pre-Race event begins 12:30 p.m. Race Start (O Reilly Auto Parts 500) 3
Parking : Guest check-in location will be located at the Chevrolet Midway Display located near Gate 7. Please park in the lot designated on the attached maps Notes: Wear comfy and closed toed shoes closed toed shoes are REQUIRED. There will be a lot of walking. Bring your camera or phone lots of photo opportunities!
