Fill out your application and return it with your payment through the mail and it must be received by Tuesday s mail the week of the tournament. Also you can register online through active.com which is a service that is provided. Our online service thru active.com charges $17.11 per transaction for the 2 day tournament that is $235.00. They charge $24.88 for the 3 day tournament that is $350.00 and they charge $14.68 for the 1 day tournament that is $199.00. To avoid these fees, enter by check. Teams calling on Monday or Tuesday to register late will be required to register through active.com. Closing date for the online registration is Tuesday at 9:00 p.m. Medals, T-shirt or Trophies vary with each tournament. No Refunds will be given unless we are notified 7 days before the start of the tournament. Our online fee will not be refunded; this is active.com s administration fee that goes directly to them. If the weather stops or cancels a tournament, teams will have the opportunity to select another tournament to play in. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. In most cases, bracketing will be 2 games on Saturday and 2 games on Sunday. Extreme situations may force us to schedule 3 games one day and 1 game on the other. Teams traveling to a tournament that live 2 or more hours automatically away will be given later game times on Saturday. Rule of thumb Tournament starts at 9:00 a.m. and you live 3 hours away, your earliest game would be at 1:00 p.m. or later on Saturday. You ll get earlier games on Sunday to get you out of the gym by 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. depending on how far you travel home.

Time Requests Scorekeepers Gym Directions and Address Game Times If teams have a time request on Saturday we can work around it, but we need at least a half day to work with. Example; done by 3:00 pm or after 3:00 pm. The charge for this request is $20.00 and in must be included with your application. If you call after your application is sent in, the fee is $25.00 and must be received by Friday s mail. Any specific time request, example; we have to play at 1:00 and 3:00 or Sunday time request cost $40.00. Sometimes it is impossible to give a specific time request or a Sunday time request. If we can t meet your request, you will be notified before the schedule is complete and you will receive a refund or be able to choose another tournament. Oregon Prep Basketball will provide scorekeepers for the book and the clock, but these are players from the school that we are using. These players are doing this as a fundraiser, so we recommend that you have your own scorebook person sit at the score table to help prevent mistakes. If problems occur, tell the scorekeeper to buzz the referees. Addresses and location for each school will be posted on our website www.oregonprepbasketball.com along with your game schedule. Game times will be posted on Wednesday the week of the tournament by 5:00 p.m. You can go to our website www.oregonprepbasketball.com and access your game times, locations and opponents. Please click on weekend game schedule to print or view your schedule. You can call Wednesday between 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. or on Thursday morning 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. if you are not sure of your game times or location. Game Schedules Teams coming to our tournaments will have their game times kept close together. The games will be either back to back or 1 game in between. The exception would be, if your team lives close to the gym facility within 10 to 15 minutes, your games could be possibly spread throughout the day. Possible game times for Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Sunday 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Admission Teams Playing up a grade Players DAILY ADMISSION IS AS FOLLOWS: ADULT - $6.00 SENIORS - $5.00 (65 AND OLDER) STUDENTS - $4.00 (10-TO 17) 9 AND UNDER ARE FREE If you want your team to play up a grade it is imperative that you let me know.
