Chapter activities will soon be in full swing with Centreville, Gingerman, (unofficially) Gilmore, Wauseon, and whatever else may crop up. Plan to join the fun and participate in this seasons chapter endeavors. JOIN US The AMCA Wolverine Chapter meets monthly on the third Wednesday at Sports Forum, 803 W. Mosel Ave. near the intersection of Douglas Ave. and US131 Business Loop. Meet & greet at 6 PM and the gavel falls at 7 PM sharp. All welcome. NATIONAL NEWS Step up to Wauseon The Wauseon AMCA National Meet is in need of some new leadership. This meet is presented every July by 5 AMCA Chapters including our own Wolverine Chapter. This is the last year for the very able leadership of Fred Davis, Wauseon Committee Chair and Mike Scopec, Wauseon Vendor Registration. The Wolverine Chapter has an important ownership in The Wauseon Meet and would be proud if a Wolverine member would volenteer for either of these critical positions in it s operation. 2016 Centreville Swap Meet and Cycle Show Update Our Wolverine Chapter is conducting regular planning meetings for the 2016 Centreville Swap Meet and Motorcycle Show with our Head Director, David Lehr at the helm. Mary Rice has stepped up to coordinate outside vendor activities. At this printing, David is still looking for a Wolverine member to volunteer as Vintage Motorcycle Show chairman for the event. Call Dave to discuss the requirements of this duty @ 269-599-2938. This is a very important position as we continue forward trying to grow our show. We can continue to make it interesting and appealing to the general public so it will become one of the best antique motorcycle events in the area. This, in turn, will bring record breaking attendance to make our vendors proud to be part of such an exciting event. We would like to encourage all of our members to step up and volunteer for this event as well as others throughout the year. When we have more participation with more members taking part the people who volunteer all the time can have a little break from time to time. These events are a lot of work and take many members to coordinate all the duties so each event will be a successful one. That way we can all be proud to call ourselves Wolverine Partners in all we do. We have a lot of fun along with the work that makes it all worthwhile. At the end we can say what a great event this turned out to be and we were all a part of it. Thank you to all who will step up this year to become the all important VOLUNTEER!!!! AHRMA Historic Cup Road Races June 3-5 Gingerman Raceway See page 6 for details of the Wolverine ride to this piece of vintage cycle history.

It s Spring--- Time To Ride---- SAFELY Wolverines Riding to Gingerman on June 4th If you noted the arrival of AHRMA Historic Cup Road Races scheduled for June 3-5 at Gingerman Raceway, you also might make note of planned Wolverine participation in this event. Bill Mock is busy planning an interesting route from the US-131 Martin park & rob lot to the Gingerman on Saturday, June 4, 2016. This location will hopefully encourage participation of some of our northern members who can kind of meet us part way to the event. Bill plans to meet at the lot at 9:00 am and start the journey to the Raceway at 10:00 am.. Arrangements will be made with Gingerman to park our vintage and antique machines in a conspicuous spot for the public to enjoy.

Many Wolverine Chapter members have again committed to assist The Gilmore Car Museum employees and volunteers in continueing with the 21st Annual Vintage Motorcycle Show and Swap Meet. Wolverine Lynn Stiemsma will be continueing his efforts to organize the popular Vintage Ride on Saturday. Many Wolverine members will be working on Saturday and Sunday to insure another successful show at The Gilmore.

Breakfast Mon. thru Sat. 6:30am - 11:00am Lunch Mon. thru Sat. 11:00am - 2:00pm Temporarily Closed Sunday During our March trip to Florida, Barb & I picked up most of a Powell scooter at auction. Powell was a short lived competition for the Mustangs. Our s came with a box of parts, most of which were the take-offs in the partial restoration. We are now in the hunt for a possible parts source.. Any Clues?
