Welcome Debenture Tickets: For the 2014/2015 season we have evaluated and enhanced the ticket offering and payment methods available to our Debenture Holders. This Debenture Ticketing Guide will guide you through and explain the new offerings and processes. We are confident that these changes will improve your experience with the WRU. After reading this Debenture Ticketing Guide if you have any questions regarding the content and processes please contact the WRU Ticket Office on 029 20822 432 or on email customercare@wru.co.uk. How to apply for your Debenture Ticket(s) Debenture Tickets: Before each match or series of matches you will be sent notification of your booking period via email unless you have elected to receive information via post. If you haven t already activated your account on the WRU s e-ticketing platform you will need to do this. Please refer to page 6. Once you have activated your account, you can go onto this site and book your debenture tickets. If, at any time, during the office hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, you have any difficulties using the WRU e-ticketing site, please contact the WRU Customer Care team at the WRU Ticket Office on 029 20822 432 or email them at customercare@wru.co.uk If you have opted to book your tickets by post, you will be sent an application form which you need to complete attaching a cheque. If you wish to pay by credit card, please telephone our partner, Ticketmaster on 0844 847 1881. Please Note: Ticket requests cannot be processed without payment. 4 5

Debenture User Guide: Setting up your new e-ticketing account Last year the WRU launched a new e-ticketing platform that will make purchasing your debenture tickets simpler and more efficient. If you haven t already set yourself up on this you will need to activate your account in order to login and purchase your tickets. This is a guide to help you through this process. Step 4 If you wish to buy seats for other Debenture Holders in the same transaction you must add them to your network by clicking the My Network option under the season menu on the main screen. If you set up an account last year you do not have to go through this process again. Please note: The Tier 1 season pass and finance offering are only available online. If you already have an existing account but have forgotten your password please visit www.eticketing.co.uk/millenniumstadium/forgottenpassword.aspx and enter the email address linked with your account and follow the automated steps. Step 1 Type in: www.eticketing.co.uk/millenniumstadium/activateaccount.aspx Step 5 To add a known Debenture Holder you must know their official membership number and surname. This will have been sent to them personally by email or on their debenture form. You must click on search for existing users and enter the member number and surname. They will receive an email to inform them they are now part of your network. Step 2 Enter your membership code (as found on the email accompanying this guide) and surname and then click find my account. Step 3 You will then be presented with a screen where you must fill in your details and select a password. You will then be taken to the main sales screen where you will see your associated debenture seats available for you to buy. Step 6 Once you return to the Ticket Home Page you will see their seats under the applicable games to buy with your own. To buy, simply click add seats to the basket button. If you don t want some of the tickets, untick the tick box. Only the tickets you require will now be in your basket. Click My Basket and follow the online prompts to check out. For further information and support contact: customercare@wru.co.uk 6 7

Dates If you wish to take up the Tier 1 Season Ticket option you need to book your tickets by Friday 20th June. If you wish only to book your debenture seats for individual games you can do this between Saturday 21st June and Tuesday 8th July. This year we have had to split the purchase of a Tier 1 Season Pass and the individual games by date period, as our new e-ticketing site is unable to process these transactions simultaneously. We hope that we will be in a position to rectify this going forward. Fixtures 2014/2015 The matches taking place in the 2014/2015 season are: Wales v Australia Saturday 8 November 2014 KO 2.30pm Wales v Fiji Saturday 15 November 2014 KO 2.30pm Wales v New Zealand Saturday 22 November 2014 KO 5.30pm Wales v South Africa Saturday 29 November 2014 KO 2.30pm Wales v England Friday 6 February 2015 KO 8.05pm Wales v Ireland Saturday 14 March 2015 KO 2.30pm Tier 1 Season Pass For the 2014/2015 season the WRU is offering a Tier 1 Season Pass specifically for Debenture Holders, which will save you money on the five Tier 1 home matches being played next season in the Dove Men Series 2014 and the RBS 6 Nations 2015 at the Millennium Stadium. The games included in this pass are:- Wales v Australia Wales v New Zealand Wales v South Africa Wales v England Wales v Ireland If you choose to take up the Tier 1 Season Pass you will receive a discount of 5 per ticket amounting to a total saving of 25. Please Note: To qualify for the Tier 1 Season Pass you have to order your ticket(s) for all five Tier 1 matches before the deadline of the 20th June 2014. By ordering a Tier 1 Season Pass you will now receive a debenture card instead of a ticket, that is pre credited with your purchased matches. The debenture card system is explained further on page 13. If you also wish to take your debenture seat(s) for Wales v Fiji, this can be added in but this game is not eligible for the discount. We realise that purchasing and paying for tickets for all matches can be a burden so we have also introduced a finance option, to help spread the payment across monthly instalments. The new finance option is explained in detail on page 12. However, this finance option can only be utilised if you use the e-ticketing platform to book your tickets. Please Note: If you decide to take up the Tier 1 Season Pass you will still receive the discount as well as being able to apply for the finance. 9

Buying a Tier 1 Season Pass Step 1 Login and scroll to the Season Ticket renewals section at the bottom of the My Ticket Home page circled below. Step 2 You will then see the tickets you can buy. You click add to basket. Step 3 At this point if you want to add and pay for Tier 1 Season Passes for other Debentures Holders on their behalf you click the add member button circled green, and as long as you know their membership code and surname you can add their seat into this flow too. Step 4 To add your Fiji tickets to your order return to My Ticket Home and select your Fiji match tickets and add to basket. Step 5 Once all tickets are in the basket click the My Basket button and follow the instructions to check out. At this point you can choose to pay via finance or in full by credit card or debit card. 11

Finance The WRU has teamed up with V12 Season Ticket Finance, to offer Debenture Holders an alternative way to purchase their Tier 1 Season Pass for the 2014/2015 season, via a monthly payment plan at a charge of 3% of your total ticket cost. Please note, this finance option is only available for Tier 1 Season Passes; individual ticket orders do not qualify. Once you have completed your application using the online facility and been approved, your account will be activated and your first payment will begin 30 days later. Benefits include: Online Application: You have the ability to apply for the payment plan in one seamless paperless process. Instant Response: You will be informed within seconds of your credit decision. Monthly Payments: You can repay the full cost of your Tier 1 Season Pass in six manageable monthly payments. Credit is offered subject to status and only to UK residents aged 18 or over. Conditions apply. The WRU acts as a credit intermediary and offers credit products for Secure Trust Bank PLC, trading as V12 Season Ticket Finance on an exclusive basis. V12 Season Ticket Finance is operated by V12 Retail Finance Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Secure Trust Bank PLC, authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority. REPRESENTATIVE EXAMPLE: If one adult season ticket purchased at a cash price and amount of credit of 365.00 would be repaid by 1 monthly payment of 71.80 (which includes a 3% arrangement fee of 10.95), followed by 5 monthly payments of 60.85. The rate of interest is 0.00% per annum; the total amount repayable is 376.05 and the total charge for credit is 10.95. Representative 10.71% APR. If you also wish to take your debenture seat(s) for Wales v Fiji, this can be added in but this game is not eligible for the discount. Please Note: Your financial agreement is with V12 Retail Finance and not The Welsh Rugby Union Limited. Under 16 Tickets The WRU is offering child tickets (under 16 years of age at the date of the match) for the following games where the tickets are priced at 50% off the full price of Band B tickets: Wales v Australia 30 Wales v Fiji 10 Wales v South Africa 30 Within the Millennium Stadium the WRU has created a special family seating area in the lower tier of the North and South stands (L21-L24 and L39-L42) so if you wish to take advantage of the child pricing for your debentures, the match tickets will be located in this area instead of your usual debenture locations. To book these tickets you will need to contact the Ticket & Debenture Office on 029 20822 432 as this cannot be done via the e-ticketing portal. Please Note: U16 tickets do not qualify for the Tier 1 Season Pass. Debenture Card If you decide to take up the offer of the Tier 1 Season Pass, instead of a ticket you will be sent a card (of similar size to a credit card) that you will use to gain access to the Stadium for each of the matches for which you have purchased a ticket. The barcode printed on the card will be read by the scanners when you enter the Stadium. The barcode will only be valid for the games you book and pay for. The system will only activate your card s barcode for the matches you book. If you lose the card, please contact customercare@wru.co.uk. There will be an administration charge of 10 per card that will need to be paid before a new card can be issued. This card will also act as your ticket for future matches, therefore, you will no longer need to pay for postage on further debenture tickets for future matches once this card has been received. Ticket Resolution Lost & Stolen Tickets/Cards: Please Note: The WRU s no duplicate policy has now changed. This section details how lost or stolen tickets can be reprinted and when this is applicable. Please be aware that tickets cannot always be reprinted. Before Match Day: An individual who has lost or had their tickets or card stolen before the day of the match needs to contact the WRU ticket office on 029 20822 432 or on email via customercare@wru.co.uk with their name, block, row and seat(s) details. These details will then be checked to verify the legitimacy of the claim. Once all the details have been verified you will be charged a 10 per ticket or card administration charge that will need to be paid before the ticket(s) or card(s) will be reprinted. The ticket(s) will be placed at the ticket collection point in the WRU Shop situated at No 8 Westgate Street (next to Gate 3) and can be collected on the day of the match. For Stolen Tickets/Cards: The WRU Ticket Office will need a crime number for tickets that have been reported as stolen and details of the theft. On Match Day before Gates Open: The ticket holder needs to go the Ticket Resolution Point at The WRU Shop with details of the ticket(s) or card(s) which have been lost or stolen. The Ticket Office will re-print the tickets, if appropriate, and there will be a charge of 10 per ticket for each re-print. On Match Day after Gates Open: Tickets can only be reprinted after Gates Open at the discretion of the Ticket Office Manager. Please Note: The original ticket will automatically become invalid as soon as a ticket is re-printed and if that ticket is presented at the turnstiles the holder will be turned away. Delivery of Tickets/Cards Your debenture tickets/card will be sent to you via first class post. They will be delivered to the address you stipulate on either the e-ticketing site or the application form. 15
