Debenture User Guide: Setting up your new e-ticketing account Last year the WRU launched a new e-ticketing platform that will make purchasing your debenture tickets simpler and more efficient. If you haven t already set yourself up on this you will need to activate your account in order to login and purchase your tickets. This is a guide to help you through this process. Step 4 If you wish to buy seats for other Debenture Holders in the same transaction you must add them to your network by clicking the My Network option under the season menu on the main screen. If you set up an account last year you do not have to go through this process again. Please note: The Tier 1 season pass and finance offering are only available online. If you already have an existing account but have forgotten your password please visit www.eticketing.co.uk/millenniumstadium/forgottenpassword.aspx and enter the email address linked with your account and follow the automated steps. Step 1 Type in: www.eticketing.co.uk/millenniumstadium/activateaccount.aspx Step 5 To add a known Debenture Holder you must know their official membership number and surname. This will have been sent to them personally by email or on their debenture form. You must click on search for existing users and enter the member number and surname. They will receive an email to inform them they are now part of your network. Step 2 Enter your membership code (as found on the email accompanying this guide) and surname and then click find my account. Step 3 You will then be presented with a screen where you must fill in your details and select a password. You will then be taken to the main sales screen where you will see your associated debenture seats available for you to buy. Step 6 Once you return to the Ticket Home Page you will see their seats under the applicable games to buy with your own. To buy, simply click add seats to the basket button. If you don t want some of the tickets, untick the tick box. Only the tickets you require will now be in your basket. Click My Basket and follow the online prompts to check out. For further information and support contact: customercare@wru.co.uk 6 7
Dates If you wish to take up the Tier 1 Season Ticket option you need to book your tickets by Friday 20th June. If you wish only to book your debenture seats for individual games you can do this between Saturday 21st June and Tuesday 8th July. This year we have had to split the purchase of a Tier 1 Season Pass and the individual games by date period, as our new e-ticketing site is unable to process these transactions simultaneously. We hope that we will be in a position to rectify this going forward. Fixtures 2014/2015 The matches taking place in the 2014/2015 season are: Wales v Australia Saturday 8 November 2014 KO 2.30pm Wales v Fiji Saturday 15 November 2014 KO 2.30pm Wales v New Zealand Saturday 22 November 2014 KO 5.30pm Wales v South Africa Saturday 29 November 2014 KO 2.30pm Wales v England Friday 6 February 2015 KO 8.05pm Wales v Ireland Saturday 14 March 2015 KO 2.30pm Tier 1 Season Pass For the 2014/2015 season the WRU is offering a Tier 1 Season Pass specifically for Debenture Holders, which will save you money on the five Tier 1 home matches being played next season in the Dove Men Series 2014 and the RBS 6 Nations 2015 at the Millennium Stadium. The games included in this pass are:- Wales v Australia Wales v New Zealand Wales v South Africa Wales v England Wales v Ireland If you choose to take up the Tier 1 Season Pass you will receive a discount of 5 per ticket amounting to a total saving of 25. Please Note: To qualify for the Tier 1 Season Pass you have to order your ticket(s) for all five Tier 1 matches before the deadline of the 20th June 2014. By ordering a Tier 1 Season Pass you will now receive a debenture card instead of a ticket, that is pre credited with your purchased matches. The debenture card system is explained further on page 13. If you also wish to take your debenture seat(s) for Wales v Fiji, this can be added in but this game is not eligible for the discount. We realise that purchasing and paying for tickets for all matches can be a burden so we have also introduced a finance option, to help spread the payment across monthly instalments. The new finance option is explained in detail on page 12. However, this finance option can only be utilised if you use the e-ticketing platform to book your tickets. Please Note: If you decide to take up the Tier 1 Season Pass you will still receive the discount as well as being able to apply for the finance. 9
Buying a Tier 1 Season Pass Step 1 Login and scroll to the Season Ticket renewals section at the bottom of the My Ticket Home page circled below. Step 2 You will then see the tickets you can buy. You click add to basket. Step 3 At this point if you want to add and pay for Tier 1 Season Passes for other Debentures Holders on their behalf you click the add member button circled green, and as long as you know their membership code and surname you can add their seat into this flow too. Step 4 To add your Fiji tickets to your order return to My Ticket Home and select your Fiji match tickets and add to basket. Step 5 Once all tickets are in the basket click the My Basket button and follow the instructions to check out. At this point you can choose to pay via finance or in full by credit card or debit card. 11
