Our practices are run according to these practice plans within the scheduled practice times. For this reason, it is critical that each athlete arrive to practice on time and prepared to begin working. The coaches will start the practice on time. If for any reason you are going to be late, please call the gym immediately and let us know how soon you will be there. Also, please pick your athlete up on time. There will be circumstances when practices are let out later than scheduled. The coaches will attempt to limit these occurrences, however if it is critical that a certain level of progress is made on a given day, it may be necessary for the success of the team that the practice be held longer by a short time. Please be patient in these circumstances. All practices are closed. Siblings, family members, friends, etc. should wait for their Athlete in the lobby. By participating in our sponsorship program, you can increase your visibility in the community while helping make possible a great competitive experience for your sponsored athlete.
