Mary Ellen Shapiro, Junior Graduate Regent, 410-948-8131 RAHEEM S ASSISTANCE FUND COMMUNITY SERVICE The Chapter, with approval of our Lodge Brothers, has placed a collection box in the Social Quarters for this Moose Year. This box is for Raheem s Assistance Fund- Raheem is a 9 yr old son of a police officer who has hydrocephalus and requires a service dog. The chapter recently conducted a fundraiser to help his family acquire the dog, which is currently in the works. However, the family will need ongoing financial assistance to provide for the maintenance of the dog- food, toys, collars and leashes, bedding and routine veterinary care. We will be collecting donations throughout the year and will present a check to his family in April 2019 to help with these needs. Whenever you are near the lodge, please stop by and drop your pocket change in the collection box. Whether it jingles or folds, your donations add up!! Backpack Raffle The Wheaton Chapter 1435 is raffling a Backpack loaded with school supplies! Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5 Winning Ticket will be drawn on August 27th See a member of the WOTM Board of Officers for tickets!
