Entries - Event fee Entries will only be accepted from Nation Ski & Snowboard Associations in accordance with the quotas and rules for the European Cup and must be submitted to the Organizing Committee on official Entry Form (ICR art.215 - see below) by fax or mail, within the mentioned deadline: 08th february, 2017 Entry fee for each competitor: 30,00/day. This fee includes lifts card. Training day ski pass is 10,00 Deposit per for bibs : 10,00 THERE IS PRIZE MONEY FOR BOATH RACE TOTAL 1400 ( 700 per disciplin 350 per gender ). ACCOMMODATION Accommodation at the special rate 35,00 / night / person HB in double and triple room, will be provided in the HOLLYWOOD Hotel, for the official arrival day february 9 through february 13, 2017. Every team has to pay for the accommodation and the personal expenses directly on TC meeting - cash ( for this price ). Each team will be held responsible for any damage incurred during the stay. Every competitor, coach and serviceman has to carry a skiing pass with himself. The skiing pass is available for the event-days at the race office. Bibs All competitors must wear bibs during the competitions (inspection, official training, qualification and race) and, if requested by the organization, also during the award ceremonies. All bibs have to be returned to the organizers Accident insurance Each competitor must have his/her own medical insurance and valid medical certificate. The Organizing Committee, the Ski Area, sponsors, suppliers and their agents, the, Bosnia and Hercegovina ski federation and the Snowboard Club Free Style decline any responsibility for accidents, damaged or lost equipment and second and third party claims during the event. Liability All athletes, officials and members of the National Association who attend and participate in the event shall do it at their own risk. The Organizing Committee, suppliers, their agents, Snowboard Club Free Style, shall not be responsible for any losses or injuries incurred or suffered by any athlete, official or other person in conjunction with the organising or staging of the event.
