SAFETY & RELIEF VALVE FUKUI SEISAKUSHO CO., LTD. PSL SERIES
Our achievements in the liquefied gas fields are embodied in our products. Global warming in recent years is an indication of serious environmental impacts. As part of international environmental efforts, natural gas as a clean energy is now in the spotlight as a substitute for petroleum and coal. From natural gas transport to storage, Fukui PSL series valves answer the challenge of extremely low temperatures and pressures with the front-line experience and expertise we have gained through our work with liquefied gases. Just be sure that the pressure loss at the safety valve inlet pipe and the valve-connecting bracket is no more than 3%. Remote pickup With this type, a pilot valve's pressure detector is individually connected to piping, and steps are taken so that hunting or other phenomena do not occur when pressure loss at the safety valve inlet pipe and the valve-connecting bracket exceeds 3%. We recommend the remote pickup type when used as a tank safety valve.
Number = 1 Single Pilot Single Set Pilot Type Code Number = 2 Single Pilot Multi Set A pilot valve is attached to the main valve, and controls one set pressure. A pilot valve is attached to the main valve, but it can control two or three set pressures by installing an auxiliary pressure unit on the pilot valve. Easily complies with I.G.C. code 8.2.6. Number = 3 Dual Pilot Single Set Number = 4 Dual Pilot Multi Set Auxiliary pressure unit Positive pressure pilot valve Main valve Negative pressure pilot valve Two pilot valves are installed on the main valve, and each pilot valve controls a set positive pressure and a set negative pressure. (Code labeling symbol: 3) Installing auxiliary pressure units on the pilot valves makes it possible to control two or three set pressures for both positive and negative pressure. (Code labeling symbol: 4) Positive pressure adjustment range: +0.005 to +0.25 MPaG Negative pressure adjustment range: -100 mmaq to -1000 mmaq Number = 5 With Dead Weight Vacuum Breaker / PSL-MDV Positive pressure pilot valve Number = 6 Single Pilot Vacuum Only Negative pressure pilot valve Dead-weight type vacuum breaker Two set pressures, positive pressure and negative pressure, are controlled by combining a dead-weight vacuum breaker with a positive pressure pilot-operated safety valve. Positive pressure adjustment range: +0.005 to +0.25 MpaG Negative pressure adjustment range: -50 mmaq to -100 mmaq A vacuum pilot valve is attached to the main valve, and controls one set negative pressure. Adjustment range: -100 mmaq to -1000 mmaq

Check Valve Accessories Strainer Check Valve Strainer Structurally, pilot-operated safety valves draw air into the vessel from the main valve outlet when the inside of the vessel is a vacuum. To avoid this, a check valve is installed on the supply line to prevent backflow. If there is scale or foreign matter in the vessel, a strainer is needed to protect the pilot valve and ensure it works properly. Manual Lifting Device Stop Valve Manual Lifting Device Manual Lifting Valve A manual lifting device uses the flow of a nitrogen tank or other pressure source to draw the pressure in the main valve dome so that, even when there is no pressure on a pilot -operated safety valve's primary side, it is possible to confirm the main valve's operability. Nitrogen Tank Field Test Kit Field Test Kit Test Connector Valve A field test can confirm pilot valve popping pressure with the safety valve installed. The test is both simple and effective because it can be done without removing the safety valve, and because testing requires no extensive equipment. Nitrogen Tank Check Valve
