TERRACE GREEN ASSOCIATION RULES Revised 5-28-09 Page 1 Definition of a Resident A resident may be an owner(s) or a renter(s) but both cannot have privileges of residency at the same time. TG Association automatically assumes the owner has assigned the privileges of the use of the Rec.-hall, Pool and RV Areas to the renter(s), unless the owner notifies TG Association, in writing, that the owner intends to retain such privileges. Residents by definition have the same rights and privileges as an owner of property located within Terrace Green PUD, except for voting privileges, unless named as a proxy voter by the owner. Owner(s) are in all cases responsible for the action of their renter(s). RULES AND REGULATIONS The following rules and regulations are for the benefit of all members. These rules have been established to assure safe and sanitary operation of the pool and other Terrace Green facilities. All residents are responsible for enforcing these rules. Residents are urged to caution their guests and household members to obey these rules at all times when they are in the recreation area. Let common sense and good judgment be our guide. The Swimming Pool and adjoining area (including dressing rooms) will be referred to as area A. The Recreation Hall will be referred to as area B. The Common Park, Playground and Basketball Court will be referred to as area C. The Recreational Vehicle Parking area will be referred to as area D. The term members means: members of Terrace Green Association, owners or delegates of the property owner. 6900 Wheatland Lane NE PO Box 20321 Keizer, OR 97307 PHONE 541-513-1095 EMAIL info@terracegreen.com WEB SITE www.terracegreen.com
