Competition General information The competition shall be held in accordance with CMAS rules and regulations and in compliance with set safety procedures. Slovakia 14. Spain 15. Turkey 16. Ukraine 17. Serbia The opening ceremony shall be held on Thursday, 2 nd July 2015 at 19:00. Information about the transportation shall be distributed to team leaders upon their arrival and accreditation collection. The closing ceremony shall be held on Tuesday, 7 th July at 19:30. Accreditation Every participant is obliged to have accreditation at all times during the competition and must be displayed at all times. The accreditations can be collected at the info desk at the venues. All access doors and zones shall be controlled by security personnel. Access will be by accreditation only and will be subject to zone permission indicated on the accreditation.
Transportation Transportation from the airport to the official hotels shall be provided for teams who are using official accommodation. The shuttle busses will be available during the competition, the schedule shall be distributed to team leaders upon their arrival. Bottle filling The bottle filling shall be organized at the venues and shall be clearly marked. The bottle filling can be done every day after each session. Others instructions will be done during technical meeting Equipment control The control of equipment shall be done before Technical meeting and during the training on 2 nd July at the pool according to CMAS rules and final check up shall be conducted at a pre-start room. Victory ceremony Every athlete is obliged to participate at the victory ceremony dressed in accordance with rules. Every athlete is obliged to report to the victory ceremony preparation area at set time. Doping control The doping control shall be conducted in accordance with CMAS Anti-Doping rules. Team member must be accompanied by a doping control volunteer. Every athlete is obliged to have and identification document (i.e. passport) with him.
First Aid The first aid team shall be located and clearly marked at both venues during the competition and training. Massage tables The organizers shall provide 2 massage tables which will be located at the lower level. They can be used on first come, first served basis.
