March 10th, at 7:00 we are having the Annual Pizza and Club Race Awards Night. Since the last newsletter we have had many activities. The Holiday Party was a huge success with over 60 member attendance. Dinner and a visit by Santa were enjoyed by all.

I think Santa is drinking a Bud. Holiday Dinner Our trip to Bormio, Italy was an excellent time with great skiing, food, and activities. Although we didn't have any fres snow the 6,000' vertical slopes were very well groomed and FAST! We did a snow cat dinner trip on the mountain w wine, dinner, and dancing. Several members took up the offer for a thrilling ride down in the snow cat front basket. W did a day trip to St. Moritz and got to spend two extra days in Milan because of the big snow storm that cancelled our flight home. we got to meet a lot our new members including the "Naughty Nine Ladies" from the Norwich area. Snow Cat Dinner Adventure

ST Moritz Adventure Our January members night of Paperbag Wine Tasting was a fun night. We voted on the best white and red. The be white was Borealis White Table wine and the best red was "$2 Buck Chuck" Cabernet Sauvignon from Trader Joes which shows our members have great taste. And here are the winners. The Winners! Also in January was our Club Race. Thanks to Sharon Mann and everyone else for organizing and attending this ev Prizes will be awarded at the Annual Pizza Night on March 10th.

Although we have not had much snow in the east the mountains are making snow a conditions up north are getting pretty good. Because of the slow start the mountains are offering exceptional deals. I suggest you go on line to the individ mountains and look for deals. Also, our club purchased extra bulk lift tickets to several mountains so watch you emails if you are interested in purchasing l tickets at the bulk ticket price. The bus trips of the season are going well. Our next bus trip is this Sunday to Stratton, March 13th to Bromley, and March 1 for the Annual Tailgate Party at Okemo. The club trip to Bormio Italy was enjoyed by the 43 people who went. We had great food, skiing, and two extra days in Milan because of the snow at JFK. wasn't so lucky. I broke my humerus on the last run down on the last day and will be out of commission for the rest of the season. Our Stowe weekend is t weekend and Killington is coming up April 1 3. See the newsletter for details on any of these trips. Our Annual End of the Year Party is coming up Friday, April 22nd. Again see below for details.
