NOVEMBER ELECTION RESULTS President: Tom Winter Vice President: Brian Sorenson Treasurer: Aaron Loertscher Secretary: Mike Passey Fun Fly Coordinator: Wade Joos Safety Officer: Doug Dorton Newsletter: Aaron Greer While not an elected position, we cannot forget our Webmaster: Matt Barnson MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS This year we will be trying to tighten up the registration process a bit for the following reasons: 1. We need to get fresh and correct contact information in order to help us better deliver newsletters and timely information to our members. This information will include mailing addresses, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers. 2. To fulfill our contract with the landowners, we need to be assured that all members flying at the club field have AMA insurance in force. 3. We need to account for all the keys that have been issued. This is what we need to have happen: 1. Completion of the official application form. 2. For those current members assigned a field key, they must physically show their key at the time of registration. 3. Show your current AMA card. 4. Payment of Club dues for 2010 ($50.00 if paid before the end of February). Forms will be available at the club meetings, from Club Officers, and from the website (http://uterc.org/files/membership%20application.pdf). Please help us by filling them out completely. We would like to have all the renewals in by the end of February. Thanks -- Tom Ute RC Association Newsletter -- December 2009 Pg. 2 of 7
