We now have 17 teams from the ages of U7 U18 The club also started its own full time football and education programme back in 2014 and to date has had several players feature in the club s first team as well as students going onto university and to America on full time scholarships. The owners of the club also took the decision to lay a state of the art 4G pitch back in 2013 at the cost of 350,000 to enable our youth teams to train and play matches in a stadium experience, something that would not have been possible with a grass pitch. This a big statement from the club with regards to investing in the youth set up.

AIMS AND ASPIRATIONS We at Harlow Town Academy want all players to learn and develop on the pitch, by playing football and enjoying it with the best facilities, coaching and environment possible. We also want them to learn about teamwork, friendship and success and defeat. For players to start in our youth system and progress through our structure into the first team. For players and parents to be part of the club not only from a football perspective but also a social one. For them to find the right balance between individual development and team development.
