Illinois Indians Travel Baseball Club 2010 Season Plan

The Illinois Indians The goal of the Illinois Indians Organization transcends the game of baseball. We are about the game of baseball and life itself. We are about playing the game the right way, and doing the right thing both on and off the field. We pride ourselves on being outstanding young men in addition to being talented players. Our Mission is to provide the experience, development and exposure that will enable our players to earn the highest possible level of achievement. For our youth teams, we will provide important game experience against top level competition and create baseball memories that will last a lifetime. We will emphasize development so that these players are well prepared to earn the chance to play High School baseball. For our High School teams, we will create exposure opportunities where our players can earn notoriety and then advance to play for a College or University. We will teach our players the value of hard work and commitment. More important than being a good baseball player is being a good citizen. We will use the baseball experience to teach many of life s most important lessons.
