First aider needs to protect himself/herself. Place affected clothing in a sealed bag for subsequent decontamination. Remove victim to fresh air. Administer oxygen if breathing is difficult. Give artificial respiration if victim is not breathing. In case of contact with substance, immediately flush skin with running water for at least 20 minutes.
