Thank you Jude Duffy for training our dancers and Alistair Gillies for the musical accompaniment. Hooray!! Chris Cannon from Wenlock Olympian Society visited us this week. He talked to the children about the origins of the Olympic Torch and answered questions that Class 2 had asked in letters they had sent to him. He presented a slide show, brought in medals and the Wenlock Mascot to show them. Thank you to Miss Smith who organised the event. The children are now well informed in preparation for our visit to Much Wenlock on the 30th May and ready for the games taking part this summer. After a lot of hard work, blood, sweat and tears the Year 6 SATs are finally over. To celebrate Year 6 relax with a well earned ice cream lolly! Well done to all of our Year 6 children for their efforts this week!

All entries must be handed to Mrs Maddox in school on Monday 21 May (next week). So get clicking on those cameras this weekend. School Photos - proofs have been handed to children today of the individual and sibling photos taken.
