100 Steps; 100 Years! As part of Dundee Women s Festival 2018 and to mark the Representation of The People Act 1918, Scottish Dance Theatre Creative Learning wants to make a dance of 100 different steps - and we need your help! Everyone is welcome to take part in the dance making workshop on Thursday 8 Mar from 6:30 8pm in the dance studio at Dundee Rep Theatre. Together we will make 100 Steps using a variety of dance moves - straightforward and challenging and we also want to include your favourite moves or styles too. Everyone is invited to then perform this in Tay Square on Saturday 10 Mar at 2pm. Free and please book your place in advance. Attending our classes All classes are held at Dundee Rep Theatre, Tay Square, Dundee, DD1 1PB. Please meet the Support Worker beside Rep Box Office 10-15 minutes before the start. The Support Worker can answer any questions and will escort everyone up to the studio. There are male and female changing rooms and toilets next to the dance studio. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move easily in and note that outdoor shoes aren t allowed in the dance studio. Hardship fund If you would like to attend any of our classes but cannot afford to, apply to our Hardship Fund. All teachers and support workers have had the appropriate checks. Photography We sometimes take photos of our classes and workshops for marketing purposes. Permission will be sought by Scottish Dance Theatre beforehand. Spectators We do not usually allow spectators as it can distract participants.
