COLONIAL COUNTRY CLUB MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION PROCESS 1. Each application must have two (2) sponsor member signatures. (One must be a stock holding member) Applications must be requested or obtained by a current member through the business office. 2. Each application must be accompanied by a $200.00 deposit. (This money will be deposited upon approval of the applicant at the board meeting; held the third Tuesday of each month.) 3. Each application must be posted on the bulletin board for seven (7) days prior to the board meeting. 4. Upon approval, a call will be made to assign the applicant a membership number the day after the board meeting. Use of the Club is permitted immediately. A formal letter of approval is sent by mail the same day. 5. Each applicant will then be billed the remainder of their applicable initiation fees at the end of the month, as per our usual billing cycle. (Club dues are billed in advance, therefore the following month's dues will be included on this statement.) Example: June dues are billed May 31st. Previous full members who have not fully paid the initiation fees, may apply to reinstate by paying a $500.00 reinstatement fee, purchasing a $1,000.00 membership certificate, and continuing the initiation payment plan where it was left off. Social Members $100 initiation fee. Monthly dues $137.50, $40.00 monthly food minimum, which is billed quarterly. Limited to play golf twice per month (once on a weekend, and once on a weekday) from April thru November and six times per month from December thru March. There is also a reduced green fee of $15.00 on a weekday for 18 holes and $25.00 on a weekend for 18 holes. $10 per month Capital Improvement Fee applies to all membership categories.
