Corporate Membership Nomination and Subscription Fees 2016 2017 Corporate Membership requires a minimum of 2 Nominees and a maximum of 4 Nominees applies. Nomination Fee $16,500.00 (2 Nominees) $5,000.00 (each Nominee thereafter) Corporate Membership is a Non Transferable Term Membership and expires on the 30th June 2027. Nominees must be Employees of the Registered Company. Each Nominee receives playing rights and pays the relevant Annual Subscription Fee. Compulsory House Levy and Golfer s Insurance applies for each Nominee. A Transfer Fee of $550.00 applies to transfer Nominees.
