System will be used so no semi finals will be run) You must have completed the on-line List of Participants and your on-line School entries at the School Center on the IHSA Website at www.ihsa.org NO LATER than 12:00 noon, Monday, May 18th or your athletes will not be allowed to participate in the state meet. Please refer to the exact specifications listed in the IHSA Terms & Conditions. They must be followed exactly. All buses are requested to park in the lot on the east side of Commonwealth, east side of school. Enter the stadium on the visitors side All coaches are to report to the west wrestling room by 3:30 pm for scratches and to pick up team packets Each team is to provide 2 workers. Please fax the names and preferences of your workers by Tuesday, May 19 th. We will try to assign by preference. Workers should report to the west wrestling room at 3:45 p.m. for a meeting. A committee of five individuals will be selected at the Seeding meeting. AWARDS DRESSING FACILITIES: CAMPS: EQUIPMENT: ADDMISSION: T-SHIRTS CONCESSIONS: Team plaque for 1 st place and individual medals for placers 1 st through 6 th. There are no locker room facilities available. Rest rooms are located under the stadium. Camps will not be allowed on the football field. We would request all camps to be set up on the outside of the stadium on the east side only. NO athletes are allowed in the building. In case of increment weather both field houses will be available for camps and warm-ups. Weigh in of athletes shots and discus will be conducted at the south end of the stadium. Pole vault will be inspected at the event site. All admission $5.00 (No pass list). Will be sold. Will be furnished throughout the evening. SEEDING MEETING: We will have a seeding meeting at West Aurora High School on Tuesday, May 19 th at 6:00 pm in room B140. Please enter through Entrance #1 on New York Street. Pizza will be served. As per the IHSA Terms and conditions, one representative from each school must attend. Because entries are being done online, there will be a preliminary heat sheet ready for you upon arrival. Here are some specific notes for the seeding meeting: 1 Bring a copy of your on-line entries and your school s List of Participants. 2. You may substitute athletes in individual events upon entry to the seeding meeting PRIOR to viewing the entries. Once any coach has seen the entries, no substitutions to any individual events will be allowed without the causes specified in the Terms and Conditions. This is true for the host school as well, as no changes will be made once entries have been seen. 3. You may NOT add an athlete who is not on your List of Participants. 4. You may NOT add and athlete to an individual event where one from your school is not already entered (to correct an omission). 5. You may substitute an athlete in a relay at any time provided that they appear on the list of eight athletes you entered for your on-line entries. 6. Relay card will be issued only as an aid to announcing winners and for results for the press. Please turn in those cards to the press box on the day of the meet with the athletes actually competing in the Sectional Championship. 7.
