IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. IF exposed or concerned: Call a POISON CENTER. Absorb spillage to prevent material damage. Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed. Store locked up. Store in corrosive resistant container with a corrosive resistant inner liner. Dispose of contents and container in accordance with local and national regulations. Section 3. Section 4. First-Aid Measures Inhalation: Remove victim to fresh air. If breathing has stopped give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult have qualified personnel administer oxygen. Get immediate medical attention. Skin contact: Immediately flush with water for at least 20 minutes, then wash with soap and water until no trace of the chemical remains. Remove contaminated clothing immediately and launder before reuse. Get immediate medical attention. Eye contact: Immediately flush eyes with water for at least 30 minutes while lifting the upper and lower lids. Get immediate medical attention. Ingestion: Get immediate medical attention. If conscious, rinse mouth with water and give 1 glass of water to dilute. Do not induce vomiting. Never give anything by mouth to a person who is unconscious or convulsing. Most important symptoms/effects, acute and delayed: Causes eye and skin burns. Permanent damage may occur. Inhalation of mists may cause severe upper respiratory irritation. High concentrations may cause lung damage. Swallowing may cause burns to the mouth, throat and stomach. Harmful or fatal if swallowed. Indication of immediate medical attention and special treatment, if necessary: If contact occurs, get immediate medical attention.

Use any media that is suitable for the surrounding fire. Specific hazards arising from the chemical: Not flammable or combustible. Special protective equipment and precautions for fire-fighters: Firefighters should wear full emergency equipment and NIOSH approved positive pressure self-contained breathing apparatus. Accidental Release Measures Personal precautions, protective equipment, and emergency procedures: Wear appropriate protective clothing and equipment to prevent eye and skin contact. Environmental precautions: Avoid release to the environment. Report spill as required by local and federal regulations. Methods and materials for containment and cleaning up: Evacuate area. Scoop up bulk of spill and place in a container for disposal. Then neutralize residual with a weak acid such as acetic acid. Prevent runoff to storm sewers and ditches leading to natural waterways.
