Once again, Spain will celebrate his traditional Senior Summer Synchro Open, XVII España Sincro Trofeo Infantas de España. This year it will be held in Sabadell (Barcelona). Competition Rules Category: Senior for all competitors This competition is OPEN for the participation of foreign clubs or national teams. The competition will be composed of Technical routines (Duet, and Team) and Free routines (Duet, Mixed Duet, Team and Combination). Every club or national team is allowed to enter 2 duets, 1 team and 1 combination. Every swimmer is allowed to compete in 1 duet, 1 team and 1 combination. There will be preliminaries for technical routines, preliminaries and finals for Duet and Team free routines, and direct finals for Mixed Duet and Free Combination routine. Draws: will be according to the current rules (SS.13.6) and will be done at the team managers meeting on the 25 th June 2015. Results: will be according to FINA Rules. Every club or national team is permitted to qualify 1 duet and 1 team in finals. In case there s less than 12 competitors in the final, the second duet, qualified for each club/country, will be included. Time limits: DUET & MIXED DUET(Free) Technical routine: 2 minutes and 20 seconds Free routine: 3 minutes TEAMS Technical routine: Free routine: FREE COMBINATION: 2 minutes and 50 seconds 4 minutes 4 minutes and 30 seconds Training Schedules The OC provides training times for the teams from Tuesday 23 th June in the afternoon, but if some teams require one previous day, you may ask conditions. The specific training schedule for each team for the days before the competition will be send by e-mail. Music trainings will be available from Wednesday 24 th June in the morning until the competition starts. Once the competition is started there will be a once throw music training before each competition session if possible. This competition runs through together with our National Youth Championship.
Music We would appreciate if you could send all your music files either en.mp3 or.wav to the following e- mail adress: sincromusica@gmail.com Please JUST to that e-mail adress. The files should be named as following: Senior_Event_Country_one swimmer last name (make sure not to have blank spaces or special characters). Examples: Senior_DuetTech_Spain_Montero Senior_TeamFree_Spain_Garcia It would be fantastic if we have them before Friday 19th June. At the competition one CD for each registered routine must be given to Sergio Clarasó, our music master. This CD must be properly identified (FINA rules). All coaches should have another copy of the music on a CD as backup. Entries Preliminary entries, Hotel Booking form and, if needed, Visa Support must be received in the Royal Spanish Swimming Federation (RFEN) before 8 th May of 2015. Travel form must be received in the RFEN before 29 th May 2015. Final entries must be received in the RFEN before 10 th June 2015. Titles and composers of the music of the routines must appear in the final entries.
Results Scoring The OC will hand to each participating country: A list with the participating order A list with the composition of finals One set of results You will find all the results of the competition in the web immediately after the events: www.rfen.es, go to Sincronizada, then Resultados and click for this competition or directly in the competition poster. Scoring will be according to the FINA Rule (SS 17). Rankings and awards According to FINA Rule SS 20.2.1 and SS 20.2.2. There will be two qualifications: national and international, according to the best scoring got in 1 duet, 1 duet mixed, 1 team and 1 combination per club or national team. There will be two awards: national and international (España Sincro). Awards will be given to the three best Duet Free, Mixed Duet Free, Team Free and Free Combination Routines, including reserves in all the events, and the Trophy for the club/national team first qualified in the national and international qualification.
