Ring 6 Ridden Classes 11am Judge : Ms Ashleigh Reilly These classes will be ridden by the judge Class 52 Ridden Horse over 15.2hh Class 53 Ridden Horse 14.2hh 15.2hh Class 54 Ridden Highland Pony ( affiliated to the Highland Pony Society ) Battlehill Trophy and HPS rosette for Best Ridden Highland Class 55 Ridden Cob or Cob Type. Horse or Pony 4 yrs old or over, of any height, to be shown hogged and trimmed. Riders any age. Class may be split by height/type should there be sufficient entries. Sillett Tyres trophy for the winner of class 55 Class 56 Ridden Cob or Cob Type. Horse or Pony 4 years old or over, of any height, to be shown natural. Riders any age. Class will be split by height/type should there be sufficient entries. Sillett Tyres trophy for the winner of class 56 Class 57 Ridden Clydesdale ( to be judged as a ridden hunter class ) Blair Castle Ridden Clydesdale Series: This class is a qualifier for the Blair Castle Ridden Clydesdale Championships to be held at Blair Castle International Horse Trials and Country Fair on Sunday 27th August 2017. The first two in each class to qualify. Qualification may go down to fourth place, if horses placed 1st and 2nd have previously qualified. Registered Clydesdales and those eligible for registration may qualify and enter for the Championship. Ring 7 Ridden Classes 11am Judge: Ms Louise Cushnie These classes will not be ridden by the judge Class 58 Novice Horse or Pony any breed 4 7 years, never to have been placed in an Open Ridden class. * Not eligible for Ridden Championship * Class 59 Ridden Pony not to exceed 14.2hh Class 60 Ridden Mountain & Moorland ( excluding Highlands ) Class 61 Ridden Broken Coloureds Class 62 Lead Rein mare or gelding 4yo & over, height not to exceed 122cm. Rider not to have attained 9 th birthday before 1 st January in current year. To be led by an attendant and shown in snaffle bridle, the lead rein attached to the nose band only. Ridden Championship 1st from classes 52-62 Donald Wright Trophy for the Champion Ring 8 Working Hunter 9.30am Judge : Ms Katrina Byrne Horses/Ponies can only be entered in one class in this section Class 63 Eastern BMW / BHS Scotland Riding Club Working Hunter Series 2017 Qualifying Class Horses must be 15hh and over. Horses must not have won more than 400 in total in any WH competitions, more than 400 in BS winnings or have more than 45 BE points. Riders must be 18yo or over on 1 Jan 2017. The course will consist of 8-12 fences approx 3'3" in height. Classes will be judged in line with Sport Horse Breeding Society of GB rules. Hats must conform to the BRC rulebook. The first three partnerships in each qualifier will qualify for the final even if they did not jump clear. If one of the first three has already qualified, their qualification can be passed down to the fourth placed horse and rider provided they jumped clear. To be eligible for the final, the rider must be a member of a riding club affiliated to BRC.

The committee, organisers and owners of land accept no responsibility for any accident or damage caused by competitors, horses or vehicles entered for the show. 2. The organising committee reserve the right to cancel or amalgamate classes and refuse entries. 3. If a horse or pony is entered in more than one section it is the competitor s responsibility, if times should clash, to choose which section they compete in. 4. The Judge s decision is final. 5. Objections must be made in writing within 30 minutes of completion of the class and accompanied by a deposit of 50. 6. Exhibitor s own responsibility to be forward on time. 7. Entries under saddle must be 4yo & over. 8. All entries must be made in the name of the owner. 9. Any cheques which are returned by the bank will incur a 10 admin fee. 10. The show is run under NPS rules re impartiality. The onus is on the Owner, Rider, Handler, and Exhibitor to ensure the Rules on Impartiality are followed. Exhibitors are advised to thoroughly investigate past connections of their exhibits to avoid any problems 11. In Hand section Champions must remain in show ground until Overall In Hand Championship is judged. 12. Competitors are responsible for leaving parking area free of rubbish and horse droppings.
