Attention 4th - 6th Grade Readers! LET'S GET READY TO REEEEEAAAAAAD! Alan Shepard's March Book Madness is here!! First we have Refugee battling against A Night Divided. It's going to be a close game for these two! Next up is A Snicker of Magic vs. Gordon Korman's Slacker - another close battle. Two graphic novels go head-to-head: watch for the winner between Roller Girl and Swing It, Sunny. It will be another close game with Global Read Aloud's, Fenway and Hattie up against the popular book Wish by Barbara O'Connor. Two sweet stories and only one can win! Watch for the winner between A Diamond in the Desert and Making Friends with Billy Wong - two historical fiction novels - it's going to be close! Two serious stories that just might bring you to tears are battling in the next match: Mrs. Bixby's Last Day and The Warden's Daughter. Riding Chance takes on another Global Read Aloud book, The Wild Robot. It's a tough match-up! A Wrinkle in Time is battling Kate DiCamillo's popular Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane - an even tougher match-up! Read as many of these books as you can! First Round voting will be on March 21st - you won't want to miss it! Many of these books are available on the shelf outside of Mrs. Burbridge's room. Take and return when finished!
