There are some thicket as well as marshy ground segments in the competition area. The area shows a moderate roads and paths density.

There are many narrow rides in the forest, the map contains only the significant ones for the sake of visual comprehension and presentation quality. There are some not so well visible wire segments in the height of up to 1m -- remaining of previously torn down fences. Risk of stumbling and possible cause of injury, please run carefully. Near control points, such wire segments are marked with blue tape in the terrain. There are areas, where the partially toxic giant hogweed plant grows. Especially along watercourses in the forest and also near the competition center. Additional information about health risks arising from a contact with such plant is displayed at the competition center. The area is marked in the map by the symbol 709 Out-ofbounds area and in the forest with a red-and-white tape. Running on the state road I/27 is forbidden as well (symbol 711 Out-of-bounds route), with no markings in the terrain. Violation of the restrictions described above leads to disqualification. For some categories, the running time between spectator and changeover is only about 2 minutes! Control locations may be very near each other in this last part (see illustration below), please read the control numbers and codes carefully to visit them in the correct order. Punching system Electronic SportIdent Air+ (SIAC) It is forbidden to use SIAC (contactless) punching for all runners in categories D/H12 and D/H14. Please note, that this rule also holds for the sprint competition on Saturday afternoon! Runners from mentioned youth categories with a SIAC card will be provided with a standard SI card at the registration desk (no fee) in exchange for the SIAC card as deposit for the whole weekend. The borrowed SI card will be also used in the sprint competition on Saturday afternoon. The finish control punching unit (also for changeover) has the contact-less punching turned off and must be punched with contact. There is a Battery check unit in the competition center to validate own chip s battery status.

SI-rent is available at registration desk for 20 CZK/day, in case of loss an additional fee of 700 CZK becomes due. SI-clear and SI-check units are available in the start area. SI-card read-out immediately after finishing the leg in the competition center. In case of SI-unit malfunction, use manual punching system into the R fields on the map. Map handover Maps are collected on both days in the finish/changeover area. They will be hand out after the 3 rd leg mass start on Sunday. Preliminary results will be displayed in the competition center. Wash-up At marked place in the competition center (self-serve washtubs) Toilets TOI-TOI in the competition center, some of them are reserved for the 1 st -leg starters, please respect this rule. First aid at the finish area. Finish closing time Saturday 14:20 Sunday 14:30 Time limits Saturday 240 min Sunday 270 min Price giving ceremony Straight after the finish of the best three relays in each category, ca 13:00 in the competition center. Best three relay teams in each category will be awarded, except for the category MIX. On Sunday, also the results of the Youth Challenge Cup (best three sections) will be announced and awarded. There is no price giving ceremony for the sectional Relay Competitions. Accommodation Provided by VPM (organizer of the afternoon sprint competition). Camping in and near the competition center is prohibited. Parking Car parking in vicinity of the competition center, please follow the local organizer s directions, bus parking is at a reserved location in the near town (distance to competition center ca 1 km). The route from the bus drop-off to the competition is marked, follow the markings. Walking on the state road I/27 is strictly prohibited. Attention! The road to the parking areas leaves the state road I/27 at a T-junction, the speed in the whole segment will be reduced, nevertheless, please be careful and pay an extra attention when arriving and leaving the competition center.

Refreshments Stands selling refreshments (snacks, meals and drinks) will be in the competition center. Please note: Selling and other promotional activities are allowed only after approval by the race director.
