With our teenagers either being in high school or entering high school soon, we look to help prepare them for what is to come, or the things they are already facing. Some of our teens are also looking to enter college and university in hopes to achieve that SCHOLARSHIP. And with our youth being so influential, it is our goal to provide a pressure and stress free environment for them so that they feel the right amount of pressure and stress from only their peers of similar size, age groups, and talent levels. Thank you, St. John s College & CYO Basketball Alumni ~ University of the Philippines Alumnus & Magna Cum Laude Graduate (BEEd TEG) ~ Student-Athlete of the Year 2015 www.roleplayers.ca 1 of 7

From weight training in the Dry Land Room to high repetition shooting, ball handling, and head-to-head match ups engaging defensive accountability, our teens are definitely in for a TOUGH week. Our Youth Camp format aims to help group our youth together in a stress and pressure free environment wherein they re matched up and competing with only those similar to their age divisions! And hey, just because they are younger, it doesn t mean we won t be doing fitness or high level drills! We ll be taking the time to work on the fundamental movement patterns while also getting that heart working.
