The Governor and Officers Brothers and Co-workers, It is time for our lodge to begin the election process for the upcoming year. Nominating committee meetings are already scheduled and taking place. If you wish to be considered for an elected position now is the time to submit your request. Please see any member of the nominating committee for assistance. The election will take place at our lodge meeting on April 6th 7:30 PM. We will continue to be the "heart of the community" with community service projects like our highway cleanup, scheduled for April 11th 9 AM, and more fundraisers to come. Your participation and volunteerism at any of these occasions is what makes us and our lodge successful. Thank you. The PMA Mid-year conference will be March 5-8. This is a great opportunity to learn and understand what is new and current across the entire fraternity. I hope you will consider attending. I look forward to seeing you in the lodge. Fraternally, Al Erney Governor W.O.T.M. Dear Co-workers, It is hard to believe that my year as Sr. Regent is coming to an end. It has been a year of many ups and downs and exciting changes to come. I would like to thank the officers, co-workers, and men for a successful year. I could not have done this alone. So thanks, thanks, thanks. On March 14 th 2015 we will be having a St. Patrick s Day dance. Doors will open at 8:00 PM. Free admission. Irish dancers, Chinese auction, and refreshments will be provided. The children s Easter party will be held on Sunday March 29 th 2015 from 2-4 PM. Sign-up sheets will be posted in the lodge. A bake sale will be held on Friday April 3 rd 2015 from 5-9 PM. Cost is $5 per person $8 per couple. Hope you can join us. Finally I would like to extend my gratitude and thanks to all the members of our lodge. I have never met a group of people so accepting and caring. Being the parent of special needs twins is challenging to say the least. Their favorite place to go is the moose, and that says a lot. Thanks. Yours in faith, Hope, and Charity, Ginny Rudner, Senior Regent.P.S. Please keep our Chaplain, Jan Keefer, informed of any illness or death of a Co-worker. From One Member to Another From the Administrator: I just want to start off by saying thank you to everyone that took the time to care for people they don t even know. On January 18 th our lodge held a spaghetti dinner for the solo purpose of raising funds for the Stone/Flick fund. This fund was set up by the Souderton Rotary to help the surviving kids of the events that took their parents from them. Our lodge members showed we are the heart of the community at this event. We had around 30 volunteers and served over 300 people that day. Again I must say thank you to everyone involved. I want to also say welcome to our new members in the last month we have had over 15 new members join the lodge. I also would like to remind everyone that the grove and hall is available to rent for that special event. There are some restrictions. Please feel free to contact me with available dates. At this point we have found out that our brothers and co-workers from the Doylestown lodge have been assigned to General Assembly. We would welcome any of these members to transfer to our lodge or Chapter. We will be reaching out to the more local members and inviting them to our lodge. Let us all remember they haven t had a lodge in some time, but they chose to keep up with their dues. In closing I say thank you for being part of the moose family and the heart of our community. Fraternally yours, Phil Febus Hours Of Operation Monday and Tuesday 3 PM-Midnight Wednesday and Thursday 11 AM-Midnight Friday and Saturday 11AM 2 AM Sunday 11 AM-11 PM COME IN FOR YOUR FRESH MADE STROMBOLI AND PIZZA Chef Jack will make a great Stromboli fresh for you from any sandwich item on the menu.
