It may also lead to respiratory sensitization (asthma) in susceptible individuals, However, the above-mentioned mentioned is likely, seeing that the product is handled and used at ambient temperature. 3. COMPOSITION Other Information:

4. FIRST AID MEASURES Skin Contact Inhalation : Remove contaminated clothing. Flush exposed area with water and follow by washing with soap, if available. If persistent irritation occur, obtain medical attention. : If inhalation of mists, fumes or vapour causes irritation to the nose or throat, remove to fresh air. If rapid recovery does not occur, obtain medical assistance. : Casualties suffering from ill effects as a result of exposure to hydrogen sulphide should be removed to fresh air. Do not attempt to rescue victim unless proper respiratory protection is worn. If victim unresponsive, give 100% oxygen with rescue breathing or cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) as required and transport to the nearest medical facility. Ingestion : Do not induce vomiting. Protect the airways if vomiting occurs. Seek medical assistance if rapid recovery does not occur. 5. FIRE FIRGHTING MEASURES Clear the area of all non-emergency personnel Extinguishing Media Dry chemical powder (large fires). Carbon Dioxide (large fires). Sand or earth (small fires). Water may be used to cool down the surrounding area, exposed surfaces and to protect personnel. Do not use water. HAZARDS Specific Hazards Flammable vapours may be present even at temperatures below the flash point. The vapour is heavier than air, spreads along the ground and distant ignition is possible. Will float and can be reignited on surface? Hazardous combustion products may include: A complex mixture of airborne solid and liquid particulates and gases(smoke) Carbon monoxide Unidentified organic and inorganic compounds Boil over of a tank and violent eruptions may occur in the presence of water Protective Equipment Proper protective equipment including self-contained breathing apparatus and eye protection must be worn when dealing with fires, especially fires in confined spaces. Additional Information Keep storage tanks, pipelines, and fire exposed surfaces cool with water delivered as a fine spray. 6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES Personal Protection : If possible, wait until the product has cooled down. Evacuate the area of all non-essential personnel. Remove ignition sources if possible. Shut off leaks if possible, without personal risk. Protective clothing should be worn. Small Spillage : Use sand, fire retardant treated saw dust, diatomaceous earth, etc., to absorb or contain the spill. Contaminated material should be collected and placed in suitable, clearly marked, containers for disposal or reclamation in accordance with local regulations.

Large Spillage Environmental precautions Additional advice : Prevent the spill from spreading by construction trenches or barriers, with sand, earth or other containment material. : Prevent from spreading or entering into drains, ditches or rivers by using the methods detailed under spillage. Avert further leakage or spillage if safe to do so. : Alert local authorities if substantial emissions cannot be controlled. 7. HANDLING AND STORAGE General precautions Avoid contact with hot liquid to prevent burns. Extinguish any naked flames. Do not smoke. Remove ignition resources. Avoid sparks. Take precautionary measures against static discharges Use local exhaust ventilation if there is risk of inhalation of vapours, mists or aerosols. Handling Avoid skin contact with heated and ambient emulsions. Avoid breathing in fumes or vapours from emulsion. When handling product in drums, safety footwear should be worn and proper handling equipment must be used. Do not eat, drink or smoke while product is being handled or used. Storage and Storage conditions Store in a dry, well ventilated place away from sunlight, ignition sources and other sources of heat. Keep tanks closed and drums tightly closed when not in use. Bulk storage should be diked(bonded) Do not smoke in storage areas. Hydrogen sulphide may accumulate in tanks during long-term storage at high temperatures. For this reason, tank vapour spaces should be regarded as hazardous. Precaution during off-loading Tanks may be heated by hot oil, steam, electricity or flame tubes. When off-loading from storage tanks, care should be taken to avoid the risk of fire or explosion as a result of exposing hot heater tubes. The tubes should be covered by a minimum of 150 mm of hot product, unless the heat has been switched off for a period of sufficient cooling. Bulk temperature should be kept as low as possible to enable efficient off-loading. 8. EXPOSURE CONTROL/PERSONAL PROTECTION ENGINEERING CONTROL MEASURES Use engineering controls to keep airborne concentrations below the exposure limits. Locate emergency equipment at wellmarked and clearly identified stations in case emergency escape is necessary. PERSONAL PROTECTION Respiratory Hand Eye Skin : Avoid excessive inhalation. Wear a fresh air mask : Heat and solvent resistant rubber or plastic gloves close fitting at the wrist and with arm protection. : Safety goggles and/or face shield : Protective clothing comprising of safety shoes or boots, cotton acid resistant overalls, close fitting at neck wrist.
