Our organization s members are excited about the latest iteration of this well-known PCON event, which has supported under-served youth programming in Nashville and the Middle Tennessee region since the first Taste of Nashville in 2000. Through events like Taste of Nashville, PCON has raised over $1.8 million for youth-oriented local charities, including Boys and Girls Clubs, Scouts of America, STEM Scouts, Teach for America, Rock the Street Wall Street, Republic Schools, Junior Achievement, and more. These organizations have served thousands of children across our community as a direct result of our sponsors support of Taste of Nashville and the Phoenix Club. Please join us in our efforts to continue to improve these children s lives by supporting Taste of Nashville. Taste of Nashville Event Details For the past seventeen years, PCON has hosted an annual event called Taste of Nashville. At past Taste of Nashville events, attendees have had the opportunity to sample signature dishes from dozens of local restaurants, while also enjoying an open bar and live music from a local band. Last year s event was a huge success, with over 400 tickets sold. PCON provided 100% of the event s proceeds to youth-oriented nonprofits in Nashville. Our organization has been able to optimize the philanthropic impact of Taste of Nashville by minimizing costs and maximizing partners in-kind donations. This year, the members of PCON are excited to introduce a new theme and venue for Taste of Nashville. Our city has long been known for its famous hot chicken, and this year, Taste of Nashville will be bringing the city s best hot chicken recipes under one roof at Nelson s Green Brier Distillery in Marathon Village. Titled Hot Chicken & Rose, Fundraiser & Battle Royale, attendees will enjoy the following: Nashville Hot Chicken dishes from restaurants around the city; a varied selection of Rosé wines and other beverages; live music from a local band; and a competition in which Nashville food bloggers will determine which participating restaurant serves the best hot chicken dish, with the winner receiving bragging rights and a $2,000 donation to the youth-focused charity of its choice. As in years past, 100% of the funds raised will be donated to youth-focused nonprofits in Middle Tennessee. The event is scheduled for Friday, October 5, 2018. The ticket cost is $70, and the event is expected to sell out yet again. We are limiting the number of attendees to 300+ people. Taste of Nashville 2018 is an exclusive, invitation-only event for PCON s partners, sponsors, friends, and members.

Gold Partnership Your organization s name and logo prominently placed outside the front entrance of the event venue and inside the event venue via two PCON-provided 47 x 80 retractable, standup banners that sponsor may keep after event Organization s logo prominently displayed on event website and all other event publicity Organization s social media links included in Phoenix Club s coordinated social media campaign, which includes posts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn prior to the event, as well as Instagram stories and Facebook live posts during the event.
