Entries close 16 July 2016 NOTICE FOR THE ATTENTION OF ALL LIVESTOCK EXHIBITORS The Society intends to promote a safe show and require that all exhibitors be fully aware of their responsibilities. Compliance with the rules of the Society; Health and Safety Executive guidelines and specific HSE Guidance notes is expected, particularly on the following matters: Exhibitors should be familiar with HSE Guidance B Note GS36 with regard to the safe handling of bulls. Children must not be allowed to handle large fractious animals, Exhibitors must use the segregated areas for movement of livestock as directed by stewards. Exhibitors must read and comply with the requirements of the Society s Health and Safety Policy.
