Multiple Sport Players Please be aware that you are coaching young children! At this age players are still exploring many different sports and activities. Please be considerate that they may not be at every practice or game. Players should not be punished in games because of missing a practice during the season. Key is to keep the line of communication open with your team s families. Ask them to let you know if their child will be missing practice or a game. Page 20

Team Parent Please reach out to your team s parents asking for a team parent for the team. We want every rec team to have a team parent. Allows for another volunteer opportunity for families. Please do not have it be yourself or your spouse so we can give other families opportunities to volunteer. Jobs include: emailing out weekly game reminders for time/locations, handing out pictures, setting up snack schedule (if you are having one), setting up family email contact list, emailing out to families when games are cancelled, etc. Email Mandy Fleege the team parent name, email address for team parent, team name, age group at mfleege@neenahsoccerclub.org Page 21
