Dear Sir/Madam, EPCH is regularly participating in International fairs & Exhibitions along with members with an objective to provide business opportunity to its members. During 2018 19 the Council intends to participate in 35 International fairs / exhibitions as per Revised list enclosed. The list of the events is also available on Council s website i.e. www.epch.in. These fairs include B2B, Retail, BSMs. The Council has also emphasized to explore markets of Europe, Latin America, Middle East, ASEAN, North East Asia & Africa region. To reserve space with fair organizers, Council needs to know the members interest for participation, therefore members are requested to submit their Expression of Interest for participation in particular fair along with a payment of Rs.25,000/ (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand each) in favour of Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts payable at New Delhi or RTGS as per details given in the attached application form. In case you are interested in more than one fair, you can submit separate applications and send separate RTGS. The application forms and Revised list of proposed international fairs & exhibitions in 2018 19 are attached herewith. If you have any queries related to the fair participation, please feel free to communicate with the concerned fair in charge on the contact details given in the respective fairs/exhibitions. The last date to receive Expression of Interest is 30 th April, 2018. Terms & Conditions for Expression of Interest 1. The submission of Expression of Interest and Deposit of Fee should not be treated as confirmation of Participation. The incomplete Expression of Interest will not be considered. 2. The participation is subject to receipt of sufficient number of application or space finally made available by the organisers. 3. Those not submitting expression of interest may also be considered subject to availability of space only. 4. Organisation not having proven record or sufficient business in the past fairs may not be considered for the space in same fair. 5. The members also need to apply for space and deposit their participation charges as and when demanded through the circulars of the respective fair that will be issued by the Council through mail and charges paid now shall be adjusted accordingly. 6. EPCH reserves the right for selection of participants based on the receipt of applications of respective fairs, space availability and other terms as decided by the competent authority. 7. The expression of interest is refundable only if Space is not allotted / participation in fair cancelled or withdrawal by members before allotment of space. 8. The expression of interest and participation charges are non-refundable if :- a). Withdrawal by the applicants after confirmation of participation by the Council. b). Any Grant/Subsidy is not approved by the concerned Ministry/department for complete event or individually. c). Visa is not granted by the concerned Embassy. ************************************
