You will fi nd all the relevant order forms on the homepage. Fill in the correct order form and return it by fax or email. Alternatively contact us on (03) 8341 6061 and we can discuss your needs and complete the order. DELIVERY TIMES Allow a minimum 4-6 weeks for all on-fi eld products such as guernseys, sublimated shorts and special order footballs. Allow a minimum of 1-2 weeks for all other products. Please note that out of stock items may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. FREIGHT There is no delivery/freight charge for shorts and socks. Please refer to the guernsey order form for guernsey delivery charges as delivery charges vary depending on the supplier. There is a $10.00 minimum order surcharge on Sherrin football orders under $250.00. Off-fi eld apparel, ancillary products and Victor Sports medical supplies will be subject to delivery charges depending on the size of the order and the distance of delivery. PAYMENT 25% deposit on orders over $500.00 is required within 7 days of placing the order (a Tax Invoice will be provided at the time of order acceptance). Cheque, EFT, or Credit Card payments are available.
