Friday U8/Squirt Camp is still only on Fridays (Oregon or Sun Prairie). The days you sign up for are the only days your child will be able to attend. On days that goalies can t make it, those spots will be opened up for possible make up days for those that have missed days. If not claimed by that, they will be opened up to anyone on the wait list. We will send out sign ups for missed days closer to summer. LUNCHES: Everyone is required to provide their own lunch. You can either bring your own lunch, or we will be offering lunches from the Grill at Oregon Ice Rink (Paulies Grill). If you are doing the Friday camp in Sun Prairie, we will offer Willie Ty s lunches as well. We are going to get the full menu for the summer by May 1st. You can then sign up for the days you want the lunches and pay for them all ahead of time. We will not be doing a weekly sign up. If you sign up for the lunch, you

are responsible for paying for it, even if you don t end up coming that day, and no refunds will be given. They will have 2 ice sessions, an off ice workout, stretching, off ice activity such as soccer or tennis. Drop off is between 7-8am and pick up will be 4pm unless otherwise specified. An email will come out weekly with the schedule. Monday thru Thursday Camp: The Monday thru Thursday camp (2nd year Squirt and older) will be at the Oregon Ice Arena. If your goalie is in this age group, but unable to come to the camp in Oregon, HPG staff will also be doing this camp

on Fridays in Sun Prairie. The Monday thru Thursday camp in Oregon is completely separate from the Friday camp in Sun Prairie for the 2nd year squirt and older goalies. SELECT GROUP: If you are interested in the Select group, you will need to register your child for 2 or 4 Day/Week camp and then mark the box on the online registration that you are interested for Select Group. (please choose the camp option they would participate in if they don t make the Select Group). The HPG Staff will conduct interviews with the goalies interested in the Select group, and will then select the ones they feel would be the best fit for the Select Group. They will be selecting goalies from the following birth years: 02, 01, 00, 99, 98. This is a 4 day/week program. If you are interested, you must commit to the full summer program. They will be skating half the day and counseling half the day Monday thru Thursday. If you are interested, make sure to mark the box on the registration and then the coaches will be contacting them to discuss more details on the program. The deadline to register in order to be considered for the Select Group is March 1st. To be considered for Select Group, deposit must be paid prior to March 1st and will not be refunded. Select Group members will be notified by the coaches around April 1st. If selected, a separate link will be sent to you for full payment options. HOUSING: If you need a place for your child to stay, we will be looking to house them closer to Oregon this summer. It will be $25/night that they stay (will include dinner Monday thru Wednesday). They are required to provide their own food for breakfast and lunch. They will want to bring a sleeping bag and pillow and any snacks and drinks they will want. Please let me know in advance if your child will be needing a place to stay. Please don t assume that I already know!! This time of year tends to get a little crazy busy around our house, so the email reminder would be greatly appreciated so we know our numbers. With the increased amount of goalies/players that need a place to stay, we

will need to limit the ones that stay. So please email me right away to get your child on the list if they will need to stay at our house. We are also looking for someone to be willing to house a girl or 2. With the number that we have at our house, we feel it is better overall that we have the girls stay at a different location. So if you would be willing to house any of the girls, please let me know! If you are willing to help house either girls or boys, we can work out some kind of compensation for that. We will do our best to find placement for the girls.
