Boy was it HOT! Labor Day has come and gone and I just wanted to take a moment to recap the past few months. For those of you who missed the last regular meeting (June) we had a great program and even better Bar B Que. A special thanks to John Williams for the tasty chili. For those of you that did attend you are still in the running for the LAB pin kit. You picked up another attendance ticket and a better chance to win. At the end of June there was a CEU class on blue prints that was also well supported. Moving forward, in July I went to the ALOA convention. I took a 2 day class on bi-pass methods of padlocks, safes, electronic locks, and more. I went to the kick-off party & represented GPLA @ the ambassadors' forum. I placed a few orders at the exhibit, talked to some reps, and picked up a goody or two. If you missed ALOA you will have an opportunity to go to the GPLA's convention. Speaking of classes, conventions, exhibits, and parties, guess what is coming up. GPLA's own super (continued on page 5)
