CUSTOM DESIGN Custom Design is where your ideas shine! For us to develop your dream swimsuit and bikini we want to understand your ideas clearly. Ideally this means complete tech specs + patterns or samples of what you want to develop. But since we also work with non-designers we are definitely flexible. We have example templates (which we call sample specs) with clear instructions of how to start and what we need from you. This could include pictures of products you like with notes on any adjustments. Extra notes: Feel free to take design inspiration from our private label ranges taking parts from one design and adding to another or combining them with your own ideas. You could even adjust cuts/coverage or add new details to the ready pieces. It s also possible to split your collection and have some custom design styles and some private label styles. This saves on development costs and time and is a unique feature very few swimwear manufacturers offer.

PRIVATE LABEL Private Label swimwear is our ready-to-go collection of swimwear designs. Choose the pieces you like, put your brand on them and they re ready to sell! Each year we conduct extensive research on what bikinis and swimsuits are in, what s out, and what the upcoming trends are for the season ahead. From that we create a collection of styles both on trend and re-worked classics. In our 2018 range we have 18 bikinis and 12 swimsuits. You can mix and match tops and bottoms between any styles. You could even combine them with your custom designs to flesh out your swim line. All styles are available in our full range of fabrics, in all colors and in any print. There are no development costs with private label. You only pay per piece. It s the quickest, simplest and most affordable method to manufacture a swimwear label.

FAQs MOQs? (MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY) At 500pcs (250 sets) and up you get standard prices for bulk production. Below 500pcs incur surcharges. 1500+ earn discounts. Orders below 20pcs/style/color or print is considered a sample order. You can start small and grow with us. MOQ FOR RE-ORDERS? 200pcs if you re-order same styles within 6 months. Prices for re-orders may be adjusted to match currency changes. MOQ FOR PRINTS? No MOQ. PAYMENT TERMS? 50% deposit for sampling & production. Remaining 50% before shipment (photo/video verification). Via bank wire or PayPal. LEAD TIME? 2-4 weeks for each sample round. Bulk production 2-12 weeks. Timeline depending on complexity of styles and volume. We manufacture for more than 100 swimwear labels worldwide. The majority are based in Australia, US and Europe but we have clients from all over. Most of these brands we ve helped launch and they have grown with us over the years, but we ve also taken on established brands wanting to shift their manufacturing to us. Our focus is lower minimum production, our clients produce in a range from 300-3000pcs per production round. WHO ARE YOUR CLIENTS? We have a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) signed with all of clients (and also with you if you work with us) so we are not allowed to share their names, design or any information. But on our homepage, Google Maps and Facebook we have a few reviews from our clients who chose to share their experience with our services. HOW ARE MY DESIGNS SAFE? In our Terms & Conditions (which you will sign) we have a NDA segment (mentioned above) which also protects all your IP (Intellectual Property) such as your name, designs, prints and ideas not to be promoted, sold, published or re-produced by us for own self-gain, another client or related competition. We also have NDAs in place with our third party suppliers such as our fabric printer.

HOW MUCH DOES PACKAGING COST? (LABELS, SWING TAGS, HYGIENE STICKER, GIFT BAGS) Depending on the styles you choose but expect US$50-200 for everything to assist your 500pcs collection. Heatpress (label pressed into lycra) costs US$0,5/pcs. HOW LONG TO DEVELOP A PERFECT SAMPLE (CUSTOM DESIGN)? 1-3 months (2-4 rounds) depending on complexity of the styles you are developing and clarity of your tech specs. Included in first sample fee is 1 revision so that s 2 rounds already. Additional rounds are charged. Expect 1 or 2 sample fees per sample to finalize the fit. HOW MUCH TO DEVELOP A PERFECT SAMPLE (CUSTOM DESIGN)? About US$150-200 to have it all finished from A-Z. This fee includes: pattern making, grading (full size range) and 2-4 rounds of samples. In this estimate we include 1-time free revision on each new sample, and free keeping samples each round meaning you don t need to return any samples to us and you save greatly on shipping hassle and costs. DO YOU MAKE: LINGERIE/INTIMATES? No. DO YOU WORK WITH: SILK, SATIN, LACE, NEOPRENE? No. See our available swimwear fabrics. DO YOU MAKE: BOARD SHORTS, YOGA PANTS, ACTIVEWEAR? Yes, some basic styles but only if you are making a female swimwear collection with WE WILL GLADLY GUIDE YOU AS MUCH OR AS LITTLE AS us as majority of your order then you can add such items to your collection using YOU D LIKE THROUGH OUR COMPREHENSIVE AND available fabrics. You can use the additional items to reach our MOQ. TRANSPARENT MANUFACTURING PROCESS. Example: MOQ 500pcs = 400pcs female swimwear + 100pcs board shorts. ITALIAN CARVICO VITA (ECONYL ) 78% Polyamide / 22% Elastane 190 g/m² Sustainable fabric made with 100% regenerated post-consumer materials such as fish nets into a strong and soft fabric that is SPF and chlorine tested, comes in a wide range of colors updated yearly. INDONESIAN LYCRA 80% Nylon / 20% Spandex 200 g/m² Super-soft, durable, 4-way stretch abrasion resistant fabric, chlorine tested, that comes in a wide range of colors in both matte and shiny colors with colors updated twice yearly. STOCK AVAILABILITY Indonesian Lycra is available directly in Bali. VITA and other Italian fabrics must be ordered which adds 4-6 weeks to production time.
