Schedule of events Pre competition Meetings: 1. Match Officials Meeting: The meeting for match officials will take place on July 5 th, Wednesday, in Holiday Inn and Suites, 17530-64 th Ave, Surrey, B.C. at 7.00 PM. 2. Team Officials Meeting: The meeting for match officials will take place on July 6 th, Thursday, in Holiday Inn and Suites, 17530-64 th Ave, Surrey, B.C. at 8.00 AM. Light refreshments will be served at the meeting. Opening Ceremonies: Opening ceremonies will take place on Newton Athletic Park field 1 at 7.00 Pm on Thursday July 6 th 2017 as per below: Teams announcement and walk in. National Anthem South Fraser District Chair Address City of Surrey Representative address BC Soccer Representative Address Teams paraded off the field. All teams expected to be there 30 mins before the start of the ceremonies fully dressed in consistent team apparel. All teams must bring their own club flags or banners. More information will be provided at the pre competition meeting. Awards: The medals presentation will occur on the stage that will be set up by the stadium and is clearly marked in the field map. All teams should proceed immediately to the stage after the conclusion of their last game.

Below is the list of all fields that will be used during the event and a map is attached to help everyone locating fields and other key information. Technical Areas: All technical areas will have a bench and shelter /tent for players. There will be garbage cans for recycle and trash in between the technical areas. Please clean behind yourselves.
Changing Rooms: There will be two changing rooms available for all teams and these rooms will be available on a first come first serve basis. There will be a room designated for male and female teams and proper signage will be visible at the changing room door. Changing rooms shall only be used to get ready and all pre and post-game meeting shall be held in the warmup areas. Hotel Booking Information: The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) has given teams permission to seek their own accommodations and book them at their leisure if they wish. The first aid area is marked in the map attached for the park. More detail information will be provided in the primality package. Surrey Memorial Hospital is only 12 mins away from the park and a map from the park to the hospital is attached. There are several walk in clinics close to the park.
Apparel: There is a great selection of Provincial A Cup Gear available for pre-order. Please note the selection of items and colours are only available by pre-order. On-site sales will be limited to specific times, to be announced and specific items so please place your on-line order by July 1 st to ensure availability of the item you want. Gear orders can be picked-up at Newton Athletic Park Friday, July 7 th between 10am and 2pm.
