April 12th will be our election day for our slate of officers. Voting will start at noon and go up to the membership meeting. We have a contested position so your vote is necessary and needed. April 2 nd starting at 7:00 pm we will be having a trivia night hosted by Pat Michaelis. Should be lots of fun, team and individual play is welcome. Music, drawings and a good time will be in order. April 8 th is our monthly kids' movie night featuring "The Peanuts Movie", movie will start right at 5:30 pm so get here early. April 16 th will be another Beer / Booze / Bingo night. This is one of our members' favorites with music, drawing, and lots of audience participation. Come down and check it out. April 22 nd is our kid's Just Dance night, prizes, dancing and kids having a great time. Hope to see you for this event. April 23 rd will be our first Moose Olympics night, team play as several "challenges" will be played for our members to enjoy and play. Get your team together and let's have some fun! April 30 th is a night with Pat McCurdy, great musician with humor in his original songs. We won't hear all of his 600 songs but will be entertained with his best. Tickets are on sale now. The end of this month will stop the latest sponsor and member incentives for signing up members. You can save up to $20 in dues just by coming down and paying your dues at the lodge. Sign up three new or former members and get next year's dues paid by the lodge. Plus the state and International have great incentives for signing up members as well. Lots of great prizes for you to win as well as what the lodge has to offer. We are at 76% for signing up former members on our arrears list. If we can get it to 82% we can save $1500 dollars on our per-capita payment to the state. So if you know of anyone who has yet to pay this year's dues and is delinquent, please get them to pay their dues and help out our lodge. The R. Dale Scholarship deadline is coming up the end of June. Any high school junior can benefit by getting a chance at earning up to a $1000 scholarship. Pick up your forms in the lobby of the lodge or stop by the office. Our Friday night fish fries have been a great success for lent. We will try to continue them for the next few months as long as we can get volunteers to help out. If your nots to busy and would like to help us out, stop in and talk to me or one of the officers to volunteer. Thanks. Fraternally Yours, Rich Smart, Administrator
