Failure to do this will result in disqualification. 2. The case must start closed with zips and/or fasteners done up. 3. At the given signal, the participant may open the suitcase and begin packing the case in any order. 4. All items must be the correct way around. Any items placed in the case inside out will result in disqualification. 5. A loud start signal recognised by all participants must be used. 6. The contents and the way in which the case is packed must be examined by the witnesses straight after the attempt has finished. If it is deemed by them that it is not packed in a suitable manner, then the attempt is disqualified. 7. The suitcase must be placed on the ground and is not permitted to be moved during the attempt, other than the shifting which may naturally occur during the packing process. 8. This decision of the suitability of this will be at the discretion of GWR. 14. The suitcase should not be stood up or moved at the end of the attempt before inspection. 15.
