Ultimate Outcomes Volleyball is Zimbabwe s most popular sport with over 1,000,000 boys and girls, men and women participating in all forms of volleyball (In-door-, Beach- and Para-volleyball) regularly (minimum: weekly, for 12 weeks a year) in well-structured provincial and national development programs. Continuous improvement on FIVB s international ranking (world top 50 by 2022) for men and women, and regular podium performances in regional (Zone VI) championships in all age categories and styles of volleyball. COACHING All players to be coached by accredited qualified coaches according to the players respective levels. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT RECORD SYSTEM EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS TEAM SELECTIONS Train and constitute a team of level 3 coaches to be instructors and deployed to districts to conduct national level courses Add all qualified coaches to the database - classifies according to qualifications Create coach training and developmental national level manual Constitute a committee of qualified coaches according to SRC recommendations to select national teams Procure equipment for use at national level training Have two Level II coaches upgraded Update database Review the national training manual Host Level II international course Review performance of selection committee and reconstitute accordingly Each district to have 5 National level coaches Policy & Program review 1 national level coaches available at ward level Active and qualified coaches supported by a network of more experienced coaches.
